Property Manager was Great. Quick responses and took great care of us. Property was Amazing, Beautiful and very comfortable. View of Ocean and Sound were very nice! The only true negative is a better system is needed to explain how to use televisions and every room had a set but most were not usable because of our age and not understanding the set up. Suggestion is leave user instructions of how to get tvs to work! This is Truly a 5 Star Condo...Thanks so much to our hosts for everything!!!

Great house for large family/groups

We had 13 people stay in this home and still left a couple beds unused - absolutely wonderful and spacious home. Balconies from every bedroom, kitchen, and living areas. Great place when you have a large group.

We had 4 generations from ages 7 weeks to 81, and had a great time! Great location, near beach access with beautiful sunset canal views!

Great family vacation home

House was very large and accommodated or family of 12 very comfortably, there was even a bedroom that we did not use. The balconies on each side of the home on each level provided great views and a place to relax in the cool breeze. Great communication before and during our stay. The beach access was only 1 block away and an easy walk. We had an amazing time and would stay here again.

Short walk to a very nice, uncrowded beach. House was great with beautiful views of the sunset. Our group of 12 were comfortable in the house. Whitney responded quickly to any questions we had.

We had an awesome stay. The house is a very short walk to the beach. Great for teens that want to travel back and forth freely. It was a mile from all the things we did. Dinner out, The Boardwalk, and a Sea Legs Peddle Pub tour. Grocery is also very close and beach shops if that’s your thing :)We will return to this house! It was perfect. We used the bedroom beside the kitchen as our “pantry” but that’s because we had lots of snacks. The kitchen itself also has room for these things :)Oh also, it has a great partially fenced backyard which was great for cornhole in the evenings.

Our large family really enjoyed staying at this beach house. There were rooms for everyone and we could spread out easily on balconies or in the common areas. The kitchen and living room and dining room are all open so it made it nice to feel that our large group was all together! We were able to use the kayaks multiple times in the Sound and enjoyed the ocean beach which was a short walk away. Also discovered Freeman Park which is about a half mile walk too. It has a pristine beach where you can fish, walk, or drive your 4x4 vehicle. We could drive to the Carolina beach boardwalk and to free Pickleball courts just minutes away. We brought our own sheets and towels, which worked well for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving dishes. The hosts were very responsive! We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful beach getaway with a large group.

Great Location / Needs Repairs

First off, Whitney was great to work with - very responsive. The location was great - close to everything including the beach and harbor. House was as advertised (mostly). The house is in need of major maintenance - - refrigerator would not cool - Whitney did have repair person over quickly and it cooled a little better, but it needs repair or replacement - not fully cooling. - freezer kept icing up - handle on oven door broken, falling off - light under microwave not working, could not see top of stove or controls - inside of oven disgusting - oven pans disgusting - no smoke detector on main floor with kitchen (Whitney had that replaced right away) - green vacuum would not come one - missing light bulbs in many lamps - missing tightening knobs on top of shades so many shades were crooked - owners shower door missing magnet, would not stay closed while showering - top floor guest bath - no handle to turn on water/shower, we had to use a plyers we had in the truck - no blinds on top floor bedroom door/window to front deck - no where near enough drinking and coffee cups for a 7 bedroom house - minimal usable sized ones Again, nice location, plenty of comfortable beds, but needs some maintenance. I have photos if you need them. Thank you

Hello John, we again are so sorry for the maintenance issues. We addressed the concerns brought to our attention but was unaware of the shower and handle for shower mentioned ever. Overall good

Good location and good property but could use a little updates like furniture replacement. Many broken pieces of furniture. Could definitely use a deep cleaning service . Had to go in and REALLY clean before my family arrived. Kitchen could be a little better stocked with basic utensils . Overall a the place was large enough for my family. LOTs of stairs. Beautiful scenery from all rooms.

Huge house close to beach

Great house, just as listed. Plenty of bedrooms for our group. There are a lot of stairs, but they have an elevator if needed. An easy walk to the beach. They have an outdoor shower and a lot of beach toys/ equipment that was really useful. Would definitely recommend this home.
