Perfect location

Great Beach Bargain

Loved the ground floor location. Private covered porch at entrance. Room was perfect, one bedroom and one sofa sleeper. Washer/dryer. Didn't cook here, but everything was available. Very nice neighbor who is a long term resident. Pool is excellent maintained

Great Location! Not Super Clean

The location was fabulous. Literally steps to the beach- it was about a 3 minute walk. The linens, floors and counters appeared clean, but everything else needs a good deep cleaning. Bedroom is not private, there is no door or privacy screen - however, I could have just overlooked that information in the listing. Complex was quiet, checking in and out was easy and the price was great.

Quaint Beach Condo

The Condo is perfect less than a block from the beach and two miles from stores. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property owners even has beach items to lend out. The process was simple and owner is super responsive. She even sent us notice about a bridge closure!

BEST STAY EVER

I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this place deserves a good one. The attention to detail given by the women who cares for this place is exceptional. Pretty much anything you need will be here for you. The place feels like home, the location is perfect. I am handicapped and this was perfect for me. The parking is right in front with no need to take too many steps, oh and there are no steps. No doubt you will have a great time, enjoy.

The perfect location

North Padre is a great place to vacation and this condo was perfect for our family! We visited multiple beaced on the island but the beach within walking distance was by far our favorite. My oldest was even able to sign up for a surf camp which is held at the beach within walking distance. I love how there is a wagon, chairs and even boogie boards for the beach at the condo. I highly recommend staying here and the host is great at communicating if any questions arise.

I totally wanna come back. Such a quiet area and awesome host!! Consider this property before booking any hotel. Has all the amenities you would have at home. The host has put alot of thought into anything a guest might need. So awesome to have a place I would feel more than comfortable staying at when I go to Padre. Thank you !!!!
