**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Family Getaway

We enjoyed this house during our stay. Just a short walk to the beach, the pool area is great, and it isn’t far from downtown activities.

Nice place

We loved this place. You can walk to the beach or take you vehicle for the 1 minydeive. Spent the morning and afternoon at the beach and the evening in the pool .

Great getaway!

Good location, love the hot tub, the pond to fish, the pool, gym and sauna! Second time here, we’ll be back for sure. Other than the Neighbors upstairs making a lot of noise at (2AM) it was a nice stay.

I loved the fact that it had many essentials that I needed for two days. I liked that they were many restaurants and a sports bar nearby. I liked that the beach was only a block away. The bed was comfortable.

Cozy Beachy Condo

We were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again. Kitchen had what we needed for simple meals. There wasn’t any spices, tin foil, saran wrap, etc…but that’s not a big deal for us since we have a “go bag” that gets thrown in the vehicle anytime we take trips. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hottub were fantastic.

Great ground floor unit

Beautiful beach condo. Close to the hot tub, and pool, which is amazing. Comfortable bed and couch pulled out and was very comfortable. Good patio to people watch.we loved this condo the most out of all the ones we've stayed at here at Beach Club. Highly recommend

Great place to stay and sleep

We were not here much, but it was nice to have a shower and comfortable bed. We tried to use the rinse station but did not have the key card.

Needs repairs and a deep cleaning

We stay at this location every year and have never had a bad experience until now. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work, the dryer didn’t spin so it was of no use. The owner requested no shoes in the house but the floors and rugs were so dirty that our feet were black. The shower had black mold all around bottom. It wasn’t all bad. They had a big ice chest that we used which was nice. The WiFi was very fast, water pressure was great, fridge was clean, very cold and the bed was really comfortable. The AC worked great, plenty of towels and beach towels.

Overall, Great!

Overall it's a great place to stay, it didn't get five stars because of some minor issues that most people would overlook. To save on money we decided to cook our meals instead of eating out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cooking utensils were lacking, there was only one knife and it wasn't even the main cooking knife that is essential to a kitchen, no measuring cups or spoons, and no sheet pans. The cooking utensils that were available were very cheap and flimsy. The broom was hard to find and it was very short, almost like a child's play broom, and the dustpan had a broken handle. The owner requested to leave the shoes at the door which isn't unreasonable but a shoe rack at the door or some type of designated place for shoes would have been nice. Now for the good qualities, the bed is amazingly comfortable, the shower is a really nice walk-in, the whole place is clean and bright. The owner even left a booklet of maps and pamphlet for beaches, restaurants, spas, car shops, dentist, and etcetera. I would definitely stay here again but I would either eat out or bring my own kitchen supplies.

Great place except for the stickers.

Everything went smooth and great location. The only complaint is the stickers they are horrible and I've seen reviews where other people complain about them too. I don't understand why they won't take care of the sticker situation.

Relaxing

Loved that it was so close to beach, fishing the channel in the back and bbq was amazing. Cute place, very well equipped, loved that it had washer and dryer, gym, hot tub, dishes, big bed, which was extremely convenient. Will definitely book again.

The condo was nicely decorated and set up perfectly for 2 people. It is in walking distance to the beach which is a short block away. It has a pool, rinse station and work out center available for guests too!

Cozy and great location

This cozy condo is literally a minute (driving because we had all kinds of stuff with us). It was 4 of us that stayed. My teenagers (13 &17) slept on the sofa bed and while sofa beds in general aren't the most comfortable, they were able to make it work. They're super tall kids and the sofa bed was a great size. The entire condo was clean and came with all the essentials. There were no issues getting in and while on the first night someone was in our assigned parking, it was addressed rather quickly. Would love to stay again.

The condo was great the stay was fantastic close to everything block from the beach everything was great only one issue had a very very small minor hiccup nothing major at all I tried to contact VACASA by phone several times and about three or four emails never heard back from anyone that's the only issue we had everything else was fantastic thank you

Clean and convenient with a lake water view

Nice stay…

We had a nice stay with n our condo except for the Dirty Dishes that were in the cabinet ready to be used…????? The plates had traces of food left on them and the bowls had what I hope was just rice left in them…. Other than that sick encounter the location was great, pool awesome…
