This condo offers a relaxed coastal getaway with a bright, welcoming atmosphere and a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and connection. Located just a 10‑minute walk from the beach, this 2nd‑floor retreat (stair access required) provides a peaceful sense of privacy while keeping you close to the sand and surf. Natural light, modern coastal styling, and inviting spaces make it easy to unwind, whether you’re starting your day with coffee or winding down after time on the Emerald Coast.



Living Area:

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen‑size bed, a ceiling fan, and direct access to a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a walk‑in shower for added convenience. Inside the bedroom closet, you’ll also find beach gear provided for your stay, including a beach wagon, Adult sized life jackets paired with an inflatable paddle board, yeti cooler, sand toys, skim boards, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs—everything you need for effortless days at the beach.



Living Room:

Step into a bright, coastal‑inspired living room thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Soft blue walls and large windows with plantation shutters fill the space with natural light, while a plush sofa that converts to a queen‑size sleeper and a coordinating loveseat provide inviting seating for lounging or movie nights, centered around a large coffee table. A large smart TV is paired with a sound system and DVD player for an enhanced entertainment experience. Finished with tasteful beach décor, this airy space is the perfect place to unwind after a day by the shore.

This open‑concept kitchen blends modern style with everyday convenience, featuring dark stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a fully stocked setup for effortless meal prep. Start your mornings with your choice of drip or single‑cup coffee before gathering at the bar‑top seating for four—perfect for breakfast, casual meals, or evening drinks. The kitchen also includes thoughtful extras like a sphere‑shaped ice maker, blender, complete knife set, electric wine opener, wine aerator, wine chiller, wine corks, and an assortment of glassware including wine, rocks, and Moscow mule glasses, along with shaker cups—everything you need to cook, mix, and unwind with ease.

A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.



Essentials & Guidebook:

We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.
