This was our 2nd time staying at The Amberjack House. A new perk was that it now includes a golf cart! We were thrilled. You’ll need to take it to the boat docks to top off the tank before you return it the day you leave. Easy peasy.Other than that, everything was wonderful! Love the new washer and dryer and fridge! This house is very comfy. From the decor to the furnishings, nothing is missed. Our favorite place.

We had a really great time at the Amberjack House! The home is clean and welcoming, the beach behind the home is beautiful and traveling around town in the golf cart was easy and fun - would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at amberjack! The house is spacious with a variety of kitchen gadgets that made cooking quite easy. The new washer and dryer made washing the plethora of beach towels easy for use the next day, and there were several floaties available for relaxing in the water.

Our 2nd time staying at Amberjack. Location is perfect on Northside beach and the house's open floor plan provides great area for guests to lounge. Harbourside is very responsive to any questions or concerns, and they make it simple on arrival and depature. As a beach house things are exposed to the elements. Compared to our last visit to the house, some areas and furniture are in need of maintenance/replacement but that did not detract from an amazing trip.

Paradise!

We have visited Spanish Wells several times and most of those have been at Amberjack! It truly is the best spot on the island! So close to everything you need and right on the beach! Andre and his team always make us feel at home! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We can't wait to go back!!

Perfect fit for our family

We love this property, and our special needs son looks forward to going to this house every year. The size, location, and communication with the owner are a perfect fit for our family. Photos show the view from the covered porch out to the beach, brothers on the beach, family card games, and a happy boy!

Family Reunion

We rented 3 homes for a multi generation get together and AmberJack fit our needs perfectly. The location is beautiful, quiet and close to everything.

Best view ever from front porch

The outdoor space was fabulous! Right on the most beautiful beach ever. Owner and property manager were very responsive to a small issue.Pictures were accurate.

Paradise Found: The Perfect Bahamas Beachfront Escape!

Comfortable and well furnished 3-BR with great open kitchen, but the action is toward the beach. Stunning views, and the boardwalk to the edge of the beach is dramatic to see and comfortable to walk on. The palapa and Adirondack chairs make lazing the day away almost mandatory, when you aren't actually in the ocean. Many basic spices and condiments as well as such necessities as coffee filters are in full supply. Plenty of hot water for showers, and a convenient hose on the deck for washing feet after a beach stroll. Location couldn't be better - walk to restaurants, shops and services with 10 or 15 minutes, or a 3 to 5 minute golf cart drive.

Perfect two weeks

House location was great, but of course you’re not far from anything on Spanish Wells. The beach view, the back deck and the beach itself is phenomenal. Could not ask for a better beach, especially at low tide with a huge sandbar out in front. The layout of the home is good and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed every day. Would definitely go back. Also a shout out to Captain Roy for a great day of sightseeing on the ocean and Captain Underwood for great fishing.

What an amazing place!

Location, location! Our stay was magical, best spot on the beach. The house was well equipped, we wanted for nothing. When the grill ran out of propane it was quickly replaced by the property manager who was super helpful. Don’t hesitate on booking this one!

Everything Is Easy

The location is great! Sat on the patio every morning with my coffee watching the waves! Close to grocery and waterfront restaurants. If you want to cook in for your stay, the kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you would need. Highly recommend!!! Highly recommend!!!

Girl's Trip

Everything was PERFECT! The tide stayed pretty low, so were able to sit in the water & soak up the sun... One sweet lady that lived on the island set up her floating "lily pad" for us once the tide came in. Renting a golf cart is the way to go... Most of the people that live on the island were nice. Lastly, we got to meet Budda and take a picture with him!

Amazing view and access to the water

This house had everything we needed! The view was amazing, and access to the beach and water was so easy. The house was centrally located on Spanish Wells and easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed the kayaks amd SUP, and dining on the deck. Cant wait to come back!

Best vacation spot

We have been to Spanish Wells multiple time and love everything about the island. Amberjack is our favorite house to rent. House is clean, well stocked and on the best part of the beach. You will not be disappointed with this home!!

Fabulous

The property was exactly as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, beds were comfy, view was excellent. Property manager responsive to WiFi glitch. Greatly enjoyed by 5 older ladies who spent a lot of time on the porch, the gazebo & walking the beach during the day & playing games at night.
