Very pleased and host helped us when we ran into a small non property related issue with a flat tire in a golf cart. Can’t wait to come back

The location was perfect for the Independence Day celebration. We were able to walk right to the beach in about 3 minutes. The bathrooms and house were very clean. However, the cookware was old and worn out. Scott the property manager was fantastic. There was a thunderstorm and the TV and Internet blew out but he was there right away and replaced it with a brand new TV.

First of all, some of our group arrived two days late, and the owner and property manager helped us navigate this process, going above and beyond. So much appreciated.The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location close to the island park and beach between Russell and Spanish Wells. Coffee in the morning was beautiful out in the porch.There are beds for six, but the 2 upstairs twins are in a spacious landing at the top of the stairs, if you are planning “who will sleep where” when you rent. Worked out fine for us. A small lamp in the living or dining/kitchen area would be cozy instead of always using bright overhead lights, and maybe be cheaper if all that’s required is a low light. Absolutely recommending SWEET ‘TING for its charm, cleanliness and location.

We had a great stay at Sweet Ting. The outside of the house is charming and it is in a good location. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but it was quaint. We did experience a lot of wasp nests the property owner said she would address. Also, the hot water is limited so we had to be mindful of only taking quick 5-10 minute showers each.
