The Space:

Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or breathing in the fresh air, this outdoor space invites you to connect with nature.



Step into the inviting living room where abundant natural light pours in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This cozy space features a TV and a wood stove making it another perfect spot to relax with a good book or simply take in the views. Adjacent to the living room, is the dining area and kitchen ideal for preparing your favourite meals and spending quality time with family and friends. Each of these rooms are designed with ceiling fans ensuring comfort and a refreshing breeze throughout.



Upstairs greets you with a cozy nook featuring a plush couch for relaxation while overlooking the main living area below. Just beyond this corner is the Master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom that features both a tub and a shower as well as direct access to a private balcony made for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets.



On the main floor, two bright and airy guest bedrooms await, each flooded with natural light and equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort. Downstairs, the children’s bedroom has two twin beds and two double beds, sleeps 4 and is perfect for family stays. It is located off the basement which is a fun and lively space offering a TV and array of books and toys to keep the kids entertained for hours.

Bethel located in Sullivan County is a haven for nature lovers, outdoor activities and charming small-town experiences. For winter sports, head to Villa Roma or Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain. Alternatively, Holiday Mountain offers skiing in the winter and a family fun park in the summer.

Pucky Pines is 2.5 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.

** NOTE: The house does not have air conditioning. Fans are available for the bedrooms.

** NOTE: Fire starter sticks cannot be used in the fireplace as the resin on the stick will clog the chimney.
