Venez vous détendre dans cette maison perchée, nichée dans un pays agricole, à quelques minutes de la rivière Delaware et de la pittoresque ville de Callicoon. Cette maison de cinq chambres et deux salles de bain est nichée sur 8. 5 acres avec une belle piscine chauffée d'eau salée. Commencez votre journée en sirotant un café sur le porche avant, tout en profitant des collines brumeuses et terminez-le avec un cocktail sur la terrasse arrière, en profitant d'un coucher de soleil spectaculaire. Il vaut mieux se détendre dans la piscine d'eau salée ou simplement se détendre dans le hamac sous les arbres. Vous serez sûr de sentir le rythme effréné de la vie s'estomper une fois arrivé. Nous attendons avec impatience votre visite.

Perfect family getaway – safe, spacious, and unforgettable!We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The host was very communicative and prioritized safety—during a storm warning, she kindly reminded us to bring outdoor umbrellas inside.With 11 of us, we had plenty of space. The kids loved the saltwater pool, which was perfect for babies under 2 (better than chlorinated!). My nephew enjoyed the big yard and seeing the neighbor's cows in the morning.My husband and I loved the hilltop view—at night, all you could see were stars and the moon, especially from the hot tub. Nothing compares! We also enjoyed our last night by the firepit making s'mores. You don't need to leave—everything is here!The kitchen was fully stocked with every spice and quality pots and pans. They provided dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags. The location is close to the Upper Delaware River, and the farm country let my nephew see horses, hogs, and wild bunnies.Thank you for sharing your home! We're already planning our return.

A great place for us to be away from stress. The house provided everything we needed and it was very clean and a very good and relaxing place. What i like most about this house is on top of a hill and surrounded by wild life, and nature. I visited this house a couple of time and i will visit it again .

This was a very nice stay. The house had a cozy feel, very quiet with lots of space for a family of 9 or more. The pool is wonderful and there is a lot of land surrounding the house.

Wonderful home for vacation week

Everything about our stay was excellent. The booking and communication were smooth, and the house is sited beautifully at the top of a lovely hill. The heated pool was icing on top of the cake. We really hope to return!

Amazing staycation!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy's amazing property! The house is very homey and newly remodeled! So many space for a group of 10! The pool is huge and they were kind enough to heat it up for us when we requested for it last minute. 1000/10! :)

Beautiful Home!

The home and location was breath taking. The home had everything to entertain our party of 10. The only downside was there was no AC and we ran out of toliet paper.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Your perspective is important. We strive to make our guests comfortable and try to give as much information on the website as possible, as to what the house has to offer. I understand you were disappointed that the home did not have air conditioning, however, it is not listed as a feature of the home. I do offer box fans for each room and there are four ceiling fans to aid in cooling, which is often achieved by placing the fan in the windows and drawing the cool air from outside, as you stated was successful. I apologize for any misunderstanding. I have added a note to the website to state that the home does not offer AC, as to avoid confusion for future guests. As far as running out of toilet paper, I am sorry that you experienced that inconvenience. As a courtesy to my guests, I offer a starter supply of bathroom and kitchen items. I understand that you may not have had the opportunity to do your grocery shopping prior to arriving and I want to offer the comforts of home to get you through until you do. Just what we needed

We had a large group and everyone was comfortable. The property has breath taking views and is very secluded. Its fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/soap/etc, everything you need for cooking and cleaning. We had such a relaxing time and would 100% come back.
