Inside, youâll find a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout featuring a king bed in the master bedroom with private balcony accessâideal for enjoying your morning coffee with a sea breeze. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering both a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, while the third bedroom includes another comfortable king bed. Thereâs also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing plenty of sleeping space for everyone in your group.
The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, and two modern bathrooms make getting ready for the day a breeze. For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer.
Entertainment is covered with a brand-new 55â Smart TV in the living room and 32â flat screen TVs in each bedroomâperfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. Freshly painted and well maintained, this unit has everything you need to relax and feel at home by the beach.

A $40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
