The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, plus a charcoal BBQ grill for outdoor cooking adventures (be sure to bring your own charcoal). Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have all the essentials at your fingertips.

Step outside to the private dock—your personal gateway to lakeside fun. Swim, fish, or simply relax as you soak in the serene water views. Tie off your boats securely or enjoy a leisurely day on the water with the provided paddleboards, 2 kayaks, and lake floats. There is a boat ramp 1 mile away.

When you're ready to unwind, gather around the fire pit at night for cozy conversations and s'mores under the starry sky.

During your stay, take advantage of the many amenities to enhance your experience—sun loungers for relaxing by the water, a fun cornhole game, and plenty of board games and Roku TVs to keep everyone entertained indoors. Whether you're fishing off the dock, exploring the water on a paddleboard, or simply enjoying the peaceful scenery from the porch, Wake & Lake offers endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

We do recommend bringing anything additional you may need during your visit.

This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $150-$500 depending on the amount of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun.

Getting Around:
Anslies Cafe & Mini mart is the closest convenient store. Its a 7-minute drive from the property. They have a kitchen as well that the locals love! There is a Publix, Kroger and Walmart in Milledgeville near 35 minutes away. Milledgeville also has tons of dining, bowling alley, movie theater and skating rink.
