Welcome to Serenity Escape! This brand-new luxury beach home by Holiday Beach Rentals Development offers 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and stunning coastal views. Perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining just steps from the shore.

On the first floor, you'll find a king bedroom with en suite bath and a multi-twin bunk room that sleeps 4 with its own en suite bath. The spacious kitchen with chef-ready appliances and breakfast bar seating for five is a perfect spot to gather. The gorgeous living room is also on this floor, along with a dining room and wet bar. Outside is the private pool and backyard area to enjoy some relaxation during your stay.

The second floor takes you to a game room area with foosball table, plus a comfortable living area and table for board games and more. The gulf views from the balcony porches are second to none! There are four bedrooms also on this level. The primary king bedroom with luxurious en-suite bathroom, two more king bedrooms, each with en suite baths, and a queen/queen bunk room with en suite.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. Contact our Reservations Team for pricing.

The Beach! This home is across the street from the beach, however, the nearest public beach access is only about a 2-minute walk from your front door.

*Please note due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

House was beautiful and clean. There were some small starter supplies to get us going. We were unaware of the amount of construction that was occurring during our stay. On the map, it appears the house has a great beach view but there are two gigantic houses somewhat blocking the ocean view.

The house is stunning. It is a gorgeous home with a lovely ascetic and lots of thought put into the design. The beaches are beautiful as always. That being said, we’ve been coming to PCB for over 20 years and decided to “go big” this year and landed on this home. And while it has the potential to check the box of a luxury home in the future, it certainly didn’t currently. There is excessive amounts of construction happening on all sides. The “beach view” is non existent thanks to the new homes going up across the street and the lovely dumpster and portapotties directly in front of the house obstructing the view. Trash is blowing everywhere. Workers start before 7am and are NOT quiet and woke up our kids several times. Also, the fire alarm system malfunctioned several times in the middle of the night. While we understand that this is outside the host company’s control, those booking in the near future deserve to know what to expect as we would have chosen an alternative option had we known. And when we talked to the host company, we were hardly met with sympathy or any effort to rectify things. If you’re staying on the weekend, you can also expect to hear loud music playing from nearby establishments, even when inside with doors and windows closed. Again, the house is inarguably lovely, but given the price tag and expectations that accompany it, it absolutely falls short at this time.

We are very sorry that aspects of your stay were impacted by the surrounding construction activity and related disruptions. While nearby development is unfortunately outside of our control, we completely understand how early noise, obstructed views, and construction presence can affect the overall experience — particularly when expectations are set for a luxury-level stay. We also apologize for the fire alarm system malfunctioning during the night. That is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we will be reviewing that system immediately to ensure it is functioning properly. We appreciate you sharing your perspective regarding expectations and communication.
