There is no lifeguard on duty. Life jackets are required when using any watercraft.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the upstairs unit and all outdoor areas.

Guests will not have access to the downstairs suite, downstairs deck, or garage.



Other Things to Note:

The downstairs space is a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4. It can be booked separately.



The whole home can also be booked for a 3 bedroom space that sleeps 10.



Interaction with Guests:

We are always available via the AirBnB app. We live about 40 minutes away if there is an emergency that needs onsite help.

Beautiful and serene

Property was absolutely perfect for our family! The lake was so magical and relaxing! Fishing was great and there are lots of fish. We had everything we needed. The sauna was a nice touch to unwind at the end of a fun day.

Vacation Get Away.

The view is awesome. The outside deck can accommodate many individuals comfortably. It is offers secluded , private area where you can enjoy birds watching others kayaking or fishing. Very quiet as no motorized boats are allowed on the lake. The inside features high end appliances. The unit has been completely updated. The showers have ADA accomodations. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic Fourth of July Weekend!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic Fourth of July Weekend at this wonderful lakefront retreat. The place is well-represented by the pictures and has a very spacious layout, and the kitchen is well-stocked. When we walked in the door, we were welcomed with a sparkling lakefront view, s'more fixings, and a helpful binder about the property and surrounding areas. Inside, we enjoyed cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen, playing games at the dining room table, and sitting in the sauna. Outside, we relaxed sitting by the lake on the cushioned patio set, kayaked, paddle boarded (we used our own, but they also had supplied some for use by the guests as well as life jackets of various sizes), and swam. On the Fourth of July, we enjoyed a special bonus as various homes around the lake provided us with a front-row seat for a spectacular fireworks show. Thank you for sharing your special place with us!

We started looking for a lake home after getting tired of hauling our inflatable paddle boards and kayaks to Silver Lake most weekends. We’ve always loved downtown Snohomish, and this location felt like a dream come true. One of our favorite things about the lake is that motorboats aren’t allowed—it helps keep the water cleaner, the atmosphere quieter, and the waves minimal.
