SBC402 is recently renovated and a non-smoking unit that doesn't allow tenant pets. The condo featuring 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths, accommodating 6 guests. The Master suite holds a Queen bed with jetted tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, while the 3rd bedroom comes with 2 Twin beds. The latter two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a Jack-n-Jill entry. SBC402 is located on 1st floor of building with elevator access and covered parking for at least one vehicle. 4 flat-screen TVs (two with smart capabilities), high-speed WiFi, deck access from each bedroom, and wet bar all are perks of this condo. Marina-front with views of Manteo Waterfront. Parking for two vehicles maximum.
