Beautiful neighborhood, great location in Manteo. Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well-supplied. We really enjoyed the huge deck and the pool.

Wonderful Home

Home was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Manteo. We loved the private pool, and the home was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic rental

The house was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood but a short drive to many attractions. Very comfortable and spacious house. Highly recommend this rental to anyone

Great for family vacations!

My family and I loved it here. Enclosed backyard/deck which was nice to have with our dog and toddler. The grill, pool, and fireplace worked well. The deck was way bigger than we imagined. It is such a nice place to hang out there. The only downside were the bugs/roaches at night on the deck but that’s probably unavoidable for North Carolina in the summer.

Such a cute stay..

We stayed at this property for our annual girls trip. This house was perfect for 6 girls & a 1 year old. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Comfy beds and a spacious kitchen for dinners & living room for movie nights. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and remedy any issue. The pool and deck is large, there is even a gas fire place for the evening. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. This property is located very close to all the fun obx activities. Our family had a blast, thank you for accommodating a great stay!

Well equipped. Can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t provided. Only 2 negatives are the hot water in the main house would get warm, not hot. And there are nails protruding from both bars stools that need to be hammered in or removed. Otherwise, would recommend this house, and would stay there again.

The jets in the jacuzzi master tub did not work; that was disappointing. There are trees growing in the gutters, causing the eaves of the house to rot. The house is super clean, but it also appears as though it may still be a work in progress to update. In the master suite (back of the house), there are numerous paint marks on the ceiling and just certain areas that are not "finished." For the price (which is apparently exceptionally high in that area of the Outer Banks), I would have expected a more finished look. The pool and super HUGE back deck were exceptionally nice to have with our family event. The location of the house is easy to get to and close to the Festival Park and downtown Manteo. The neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again for another family event as there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - plenty of space for the whole, extended family.

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook. The fenced in back deck was so nice for our dogs to roam freely and to play cornhole. The weather was too cool to use the pool but it was well maintained. We were disappointed that the blackstone wasn't in good shape. We purchased a kit to clean it but it really needs some work. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced, it seems to be an old foam mattress with lots of lumps and bumps. Overall, we would gladly stay at this home again.
