We stayed for two nights celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday. The location of the house was perfect. Very clean and perfect for 4 people. Will definitely book this place again.

Lovely older home furnished with interesting decor and antiques. The location is downtown, which is close to two parks, the river and wonderful shops and restaurants!

The perfect location for enjoying downtown Salida, Colorado and all that it offers. The house has the charm of a historical property but is fresh and clean and has all the conveniences needed. We will be back.

Great property and owner in Salida

We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday and could not have been more pleased with it. Location as good as you would find to be walkable yet just out of the potential late night noise of the downtown district. Communication with owner was outstanding. Would stay again!!!

Beautiful townhouse, close to downtown! Everything was perfectly clean, and such a cool house. It's a great mix of antique and modern. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This historical property was just perfect for our family of four. Amazing host with quick response time! My wife & I decided to travel to Colorado and celebrate our belated 25th anniversary; and we traveled with our two sons just outta college for the summer; aged 20 and 23. The townhouse style condo was just perfect from our needs, with a king and two queen beds. Private fenced in backyard and two amazing balconies So many choices for local restaurants within 1-5 minutes walk. Two local grocery stores 2-3 walk and the setting on Alpine Park was just lovely! We will definitely return and stay here if we are ever in the area! Salida is a very special place.

Beautiful historic home, we loved how original the home was kept. Spacious kitchen. Our daughters were over the moon for the play space and books under the stairs. Easy walk to downtown especially for the kiddos, also ideal being adjacent to the park. Check in couldn’t be any easier. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was so great with communication before and during the stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and plenty of room. We loved the location so much. Walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, bars, retail downtown. There was a beautiful park right across the street. A 5 minute walk gets you to Riverside park with river access.
