Fantastic location steps from the beach! Cute town very walkable. The decor was adorable. Every inch of this little place was thoughtful and special.

Clean & recently renovated. This cozy place was a little small for 3 adults for the first 1/2 of the week. I was alone for the remainder & it was just perfect. This place is all about location- truly just a minute or 2 from door to beach sand! I haven't been to the beach in 15-20 years & this was great & a definite revisit location.

This was the perfect getaway for me and my teenage daughters. It's cozy, cute and just what we needed. Rich is a great host and responds quickly. We heard this is a recent remodel and he did a great job. Amazing what can be done in a small space! You also can't beat being a short walk away from the beach and just a few minutes drive from anything else you could need.

Property was close enough to be easily walkable to the beach. It was not clear in the description of the property that persons with accessibility issues needed to be able to carry all of their belongings up and down a flight of stairs between the parking lot and the second floor unit. A window shade over a window facing the common porch was broken and not able to be hung, leaving anyone on the porch able to have full view inside the unit. This was a significant privacy issue and required hanging a towel over the window, which made it impossible to lock the window, a security issue.

Best Spot in Wells

We stayed at the same condo association a few years ago and have been trying to rent there again ever since! You can’t beat the location. It’s a two minute walk from the beach so you don’t have to pay for beach parking. It’s very close to Public Beach Access Point #2 so you’re away from the big crowds near the end of Mile Road and there’s plenty of room. The condo is fantastic. Exactly as pictured and described. You have everything you need for a stay at the beach. The best part is the fridge/kitchen set up and the fact that there’s a bedroom so one person doesn’t keep the other up. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the recent renovations.The owner, Rich, was an amazing communicator about everything - check-in process, change in parking spot, check-out process, etc. I know if anything had come up during our stay we would have gotten an immediate answer and solution. We would absolutely rent this space again.
