The condo is located so close to the pool and the stairs. It has a beautiful deck and comfortable furniture. It had everything we needed. So happy with our stay.

Everything about our stay was great with the exception of one thing that we feel should be made clearer when booking, which was the lack of housekeeping services included. Our friends have booked several different condos within this resort and they've all included housekeeping every two days so we were surprised to have to find out that this was not included in our rental. We weren't expecting to have to restock basic needs such as toilet paper and trash bags when booking such a place and traveling from an international destination.

Sorry that your were disappointed. That detail was included in our contract that you would have had access to once the booking was confirmed. When you reached out, I did encourage you to contact housekeeping to request those items. The staff is quite responsive to such requests.

Perfect family vacation

We have stayed at La Estancia several times and this time did not disappoint. The unit was perfect. Staff was accommodating as well. I would have no reservations booking this unit. Megan was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great trip.

Condo was perfect; Villa La Estancia lacking

Pros: Condo itself is wonderful, great layout and view of the sunsets. Location close to pool perfect for napping children. Well stocked. Host very responsive, Pool layout great and approachable sandy beach. We did TakeAChef and had a chef took in the condo which was amazing! Thanks Issac! Cons: pool service staff was friendly but not responsive - had to go out of the way to get towel service, high chair, splash pad for children was not working/off more than half the time and no one seemed to care. Food on site was at best mediocre. Cocktails undrinkable and normally I could love a pool side bar, had to go to market and get wine. Faculty was so nice but unsure if we will return.

Welcome home is how you are greeted at La Estancia and that is how it feels. Property was exactly as advertised and we love location close to Bucerías for a more local less tourist vibe

The condo was fabulous and a good location at the resort and walking distance to Bucerias. Nice to sit on balcony and listen to the piano player each night.

Perfect Place!

If you are looking to get away from work, this is the place to come and relax, great place, very comfortable, nice amenities, friendly staff and most of all, great food. I will definitely be back next summer. Customer for life.

Amazing Stay, Beautiful Location!

We were very happy with this property! It was more than enough room for our 4-unit family. We were happy that our kids were able to have their own room and bathroom. We enjoyed evenings after long days out in the sun and after dinner watching tv and playing cards in the lovely living area. The balcony was great for morning coffee and breakfast and enjoying the morning breeze off the ocean. We used the kitchen to great extent and were able to save on having to eat out for 3 meals a day. I was very happy to have a washer and dryer in the unit so that our bathing suits and other beach wear was fresh on a daily basis. As far as the resort, service was excellent! As you enter the lobby, it always smelled like a fancy spa and was so refreshing and inviting. The gym was awesome and had lot of equipment variety, towels, water, etc. etc. The service out at the pool was excellent. There was mostly always a place to layout, even if you didn't go "reserve" a chair at 7 am like you have to do at other resorts. Even if there wasn't a convenient place to find a chair, the staff was accommodating and helped move chairs and umbrellas around to the guest's convenience. We did have access to the facility next door and we were happy to find a "short cut" to get to it after our 4th or 5th day. It was nice to go visit Flamingos in order to participate in their afternoon volleyball activities, but still return to our own side. The beach was beautiful and so easy to access at all times of the day. All in all, we were very happy with our vacation! We hope that we can return to this property for future visits! Very highly recommended!

An accurate picture

The photos of the property were an accurate representation of the beauty of this resort and condo. We hoped for a beautiful view and were more than rewarded. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The only minor frustration in the condo was that the thermostat in the main master suite did not respond when we tried to adjust it, but we got used to the temperature (which was not bad) and were fine.

Perfect view, wonderful resort

Six of us--4 adults and 2 kids (4 and 6)--had such a great time at Megan's villa. It is a huge space that we never felt cramped. The giant balcony/terrace has a big propane grill, which we used for 3 of our dinners. Good beds, comfortable couches, big dinner table. The pool and beach are spectacular. This was our first stay at Villa La Estancia; we will be back!

Villa La Estancia is a great place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta. We have rented this unit multiple times. The owner, Megan, is great to work with. The unit is beautiful, with great sunset views and easy access to everything.

Beautiful resort and room

For a relaxing stay, this can't be beat. The beach is much better than in Vallarta proper but you're still close to lots of great restaurants, either via a short cab ride or just walking down the beach.

Beautiful condo at amazing five star resort!

Great unit, close to pool, nice view (beautiful sunsets!). Villa La Estancia is a beautiful resort. We’ve stayed at this resort for 10 years in a row!(other than 2020 due to travel restrictions). Most recomendable!

Great Location and Comfortable Villa!

This Villa was perfect for our family of 5 for our return trip to Estancia. This Villa is in a great location with easy access to the pool area and views of the Bay. The kitchen is well stocked should you wish to cook meals in the Villa. Megan was exceptionally responsive with any questions we had. Thank you!

Fantastic Vacation Getaway

This is the perfect, "easy" vacation. Villa de Estancia and the surrounding areas are perfect! The free kayaks and paddle boards in the mornings made our stay especially memorable (we saw a large pod of dolphins feeding!). We also appreciated and used the 2 boogie boards available in the suite. So fun! The suite was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable for our family of 4. A nice view of the pool area and ocean beyond. We'll be back!!
