I loved staying at Kimberly’s Vrbo, it was so clean and the AC was perfect for the hot weather. The bathtub is awesome and super clean as well. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the living room overlooks the city. We had great communication with the host and she gave us very good and helpful suggestions for our time spent in the city. Would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect location and the space was thoughtfully constructed. Kimberly had great tips to explore the area. We loved venturing to Mass Ave and checking out Sun King Brewery.
The skylight was one of our favorite parts!
Caddy corner from the property. Great selection of beverages and some nachos to share. Chill vibe and great decibel level for those of us that don’t get out anymore.

Very cozy and comfortable. Great location, walkable to many restaurants and event venues downtown Indy. Parking on-site. Host was easy to reach and helpful. Stairs could be a challenge for some. Pet friendly a plus for sure. Would stay again.

This is such a cute place, and location is fantastic! If you're wanting to explore the town, this is perfect. Within walking distance of so many different things in just about any direction. We had a great time and absolutely loved staying here. Host was very friendly and helpful with lots of good recommendations for things to do. We were also thrilled that there was ample off-street parking available on the property. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Where do I start. Kimberly was a great host, very accommodating with many good suggestions. The location is great, can walk easily to many places. Clean, cute and very cozy. The skyline view is great with good weather or a storm rolling over downtown, we had both. Will definately stay again any and every time we visit Indianapolis.

About 1.2 miles from downtown. Close enough to walk to restaurants/bars, etc. Very comfy bed, dog friendly, and gorgeous bathroom with soaking tub that came in handy after I ran the Mini Marathon. There are some steep stairs in unit 2, in case you have issues with stairs. Communicating with the hostess was a breeze and pleasant. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot for my fam bam. Thank you!

Internet outage

The stay was pleasant but unit is located on a very busy street and unfortunately there were many loud cars and motorcycles that frequented the area. The internet was out and there was no tv available to watch. Overall, not a bad stay.

Hi Tony. You booked a property in the middle of downtown for the convenience and location. It will obviously come with some downtown noise although if anyone checks our many reviews on Airbnb, they will see an average of 5 stars and no mention of sound being more than expected. Regarding the internet, the box down the street was hit during an accident and we had no control over that. We notified you and apologized for the inconvenience that the internet company didn’t fix it until the day you left. Safe travels in the future.
