We are excited to share our lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in between the two most popular town centers (Lake Sumter Landing & Brownwood). This home offers everything you need for a memorable stay-- whether it's for a weekend retreat or an extended escape.

Inside you’ll find a bright, open living room with a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchen has a coffee station with a k-cup keurig stocked with teas, hot chocolate, decaf, and regular coffee, it also includes a juicer, and a cupboard full of spices (do you really want to buy a bunch of spices on vacation?) Enjoy amenities including central air condition, high-speed WiFi, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a vanity mirror to do your make-up, ample closet space, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for family or visiting friends. A second full bathroom ensures everyone enjoys comfort and privacy.

My home includes an enclosed lanai where you can sip your coffee in the fresh Florida air. We also include a charcoal grill and all neccesary utensils. You can enjoy your evenings listening to the live music that fills The Villages every night of the year. Located just minutes from the area's most popular town squares, you'll have easy access to nightly bands, shopping, dining, golf, and recreation-- everything this lively community has to offer.

For an added touch of leisure, a four seated, gas golf cart with the golf club bracket holder is included with the stay-- making it effortless to explore this golf cart- friendly paradise.

My Co-host (grandad) lives right around the corner and is available for any emergency or if you just want some local knowledge.

There are two different types of guest passes; the Free Priority Guest Pass & the $50 Temporary Resident Pass.
- the free pass will get you into all rec centers & pools, as well as give you access to playing The Villages golf courses.
- The $50 pass covers everyone staying with you. it does everything that the free pass does but it also makes it so that when you play golf, you pay the discounted rate that a villages resident pays. This is generally for guests staying a little longer than average and/or plans on playing a decent amount of golf.
