Fabulous Village Stay

Great place to stay. Superb cleanliness and communication with host and property manager. Very comfortable and welcoming for travelers. Our stay was short but we will definitely book again when traveling in the area.

House was very clean and up-to-date, huge living area and kitchen, even had a 4 seater golf cart available, excellent communication with the property manager. It was perfect for my family of 5. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful, clean, great location. We enjoyed the open floor plan where we all could be together. Super large washer and dryer were great. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again

The villages

Very relaxing, clean home. The golf cart is a big plus. Very quite neighborhood. It worked for us. Better than a hotel.

Clean, well-appointed home; great communication

This house was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. Communication throughout was prompt and excellent. The neighborhood was quiet. Having the golf cart was nice, as this was a golf trip for my buddies and I. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this house again in the future.

Perfection

Absolutely the best place for us to stay. Entire home was well equipped. We had a 23 month old with us and there was plenty of room for him to play. The beds and linens were nice and comfy. Open and perfect floor plan. Just an absolute perfect vacation. Can't say enough..it as Perfection. We will be back, I am sure.

Orange Blossom Heaven

Stayed 5 nights to visit with relatives in The Villages and explored the area in the Golf Cart, used the village center pool, played golf and hosted friends at house. Met very friendly neighbor and became friends. Overall property was well supplied and layout was excellent, only drawback was that floors left our bare feet and socks dirty.

The house was great. Very convenient for us to visit grandma nearby. House was very comfortable with 3 bedrooms The owner was very responsive to questions. The rules around there were very confusing depending what you plan to do, we thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart however there was no mention anywhere of the fuel gauge being on the fritz so our first time out when it went all the way down quickly so we got nervous and immediately turned around so that we didn’t get stuck somewhere inconvenient which was unfortunate because it was a beautiful afternoon. A note in the golf cart would’ve been super helpful with details about how far you can go. . Also we found the villages app with golf cort specific “driving” directions which was helpful. The other thing that was a little bothersome and prevents this from being a five star is that at 9:45 AM an hour and 15 minutes before check out people are ringing the door repeatedly trying to get in and get into the garage and we had somebody still sleeping so that was bothersome. Assuming it was the cleaning crew. We were out with time to spare and never heard back regarding that incident. I’d suggest bringing your own toiletries. We had to go buy soap for showers, aside from these issues, the house is very conveniently located close to Spanish springs.
