Tucked away in a quiet corner of Seaside just a block and a half from the sand, Ocean Oak offers the perfect blend of beachy charm and modern comfort. With space for up to 7 guests, this three-bedroom, two-bath getaway invites you to slow down, stretch out, and savor the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're sipping coffee on the upstairs balcony or enjoying a relaxing soak in the private hot tub, this home is built for laid-back living.
Inside, youâll find a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy dining area for shared meals, and a sunlit living room complete with armchairs, a gas fireplace, and Chromecast-ready TV for movie nights. The upstairs primary suite is a dreamy retreat of its own, featuring its own fireplace and a recently updated private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. With a backyard patio, yard games, and beach gear ready to go, Ocean Oak sets the scene for memory-making momentsâjust minutes from the best of Seaside.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

March 15 â October 31 â 10 am
November 1 â March 14 â 11 pm
Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.
Occupancy: 7 People (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles: 3 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)
EXTRA THINGS TO NOTE: There is a security camera on the exterior of the home in the garage area.
