Welcome to your cozy New Oxford getaway

Located right in the heart of the charming small town of New Oxford, this comfortable loft is the perfect home base for exploring the Gettysburg area and the beautiful countryside of South Central Pennsylvania.

Just 10 minutes from historic Gettysburg, guests can easily visit Gettysburg National Military Park, museums, restaurants, wineries, and local shops while enjoying a quieter and more relaxed place to stay outside of the busy tourist areas.

New Oxford itself is known as the “Antiques Capital of South Central Pennsylvania”, offering unique antique stores, cafĂ©s, and charming historic architecture. Guests love walking through town, browsing the shops, and enjoying the friendly small-town atmosphere.

Whether you're visiting for history, weddings, outdoor adventures, or a relaxing getaway, this centrally located loft makes it easy to experience everything the region has to offer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION / DISCLOSURES:
Potential for Noise: The apartment is located along a main thoroughfare, so you may hear traffic, especially during busy hours. We recommend light sleepers use the provided disposable earplugs. We are actively working to improve soundproofing and will soon be installing new windows to significantly reduce outside noise.
Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, three outdoor-only security cameras are installed. One faces the parking area, one faces the porch doors, and one faces the main house doors. These cameras do not record audio and are used strictly for security purposes.

After booking, guests will receive a secure link to sign our rental agreement and authorize a security deposit. This is a standard requirement for all reservations.

Everything was clean and bright—a perfect place for two. The pictures on the listing give an excellent feel for the "340 Loft." There are a good number of amenities for a small loft for two. My wife and I would stay here again.

This was a very pleasant place and environment. Our stay was quiet and very peaceful. The owners really thought of everything when it comes to customers staying at their place. The place was really up to date and modern. Very bright and clean. The decorations was beautiful and colors were amazing. Easy access to get in and out and the parking was plentiful in the rear of the house. The owners really did go out of their way to make the stay amazing. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies if needed. Awesome stay I could write a book on how great it was to stay here. Thanks for the experience.

Price per night is good.I felt safe there alone although was bothered at night/early morning with Main Street trafficNeed to include in your notebook instructions on how to work TV. I never did figure it out.I liked the lighting on the walkway that came in at night.Very tastefully decorated. Like your flair!
