Belle vue sur la baie !!! Luxueuse unité de 2 BR / 2 Full BA dans un bùtiment plus récent avec des commodités à gogo! Brand New 55 "UHDTV, Brand New Flooring, Brand New divan and Brand New sleeper ottoman. Excellent mobilier inclus (comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos) avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, TVHD dans chaque chambre / fer et planche à repasser (qui en a vraiment besoin pour OC?)/ grille-pain / mixeur / cafetiÚre. Plus important encore, l'appareil est équipé d'une connexion wifi pour connecter tous ces appareils Android / Apple / Kindle / Microsoft! Il y a un grand téléviseur UHD 55 "dans le salon avec un cùble HDMI et USB déjà précùblé pour que vous puissiez apporter votre Xbox / Playstation / Apple TV / Roku / Chromecast / etc. Personnel, pour divertir tout le monde! Vous pouvez diffuser des films ou rattraper vos émissions de télévision préférées avec vos comptes Netflix / Amazon Prime respectifs car il y a une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'appareil.

La chambre principale a un lit king size tandis que la chambre d'hÎtes a un lit superposé avec lit gigogne. Le salon a un canapé neuf avec un grand canapé-lit. L'unité peut accueillir 8, mais peut accueillir confortablement 6 (2 dans la chambre principale, 3 (ou 4) dans la chambre d'hÎtes, 1 (ou 2) dans le salon). Les draps propres sont inclus lors de l'enregistrement, il vous suffit d'apporter vos propres serviettes et articles de toilette et d'en profiter.

Entrée sans clé pratique dans l'appareil pour que vous n'ayez jamais à vous soucier de savoir qui a la clé.

Le bĂątiment est relativement nouveau par rapport Ă  d'autres endroits en OC et il dispose d'une piscine intĂ©rieure (idĂ©ale les jours oĂč il fait trop chaud / froid ou pluvieux Ă  l'extĂ©rieur), sauna, centre de fitness et salle de jeux / billard.

Excellent emplacement à cÎté du centre des congrÚs et à distance de marche de bons restaurants (plus important encore, à quelques pas de la crÚme glacée de Dumser :) Un pùté de maisons de la plage et c'est en fait l'un des meilleurs emplacements de plage en OC car il n'y a pas beaucoup de haut augmente dans la zone il y a BEAUCOUP moins de personnes sur la plage par rapport à d'autres zones en OC. La plupart du temps, il y a 2 ou 3 familles au fond de la plage et si vous avez été en OC avant, c'est bien pire dans d'autres régions.

We had a great experience staying at Wilson’s condo! The condo was immaculate and relaxing with a great view of the bay. The beach was just a short walk away. Wilson was responsive and great to work with! Looking forward to staying here again!

Annual family trip

My fam comes to OCMD every year and usually we stay beachfront but decided to give the bay a try this time and we loved it! The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants/ice cream/mini golf
.quick walk to the beach
bay and ocean views. The condo was cute and clean, kids loved the indoor pool and it had a gym that we used each morning. Wilson was a very thorough host, he provided all the information we needed to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Girl's weekend for Ocean's Calling

It was a great experience. Clean condo with great views. The complex had a lot of amenities. And it was a great location. The property owner was very nice and responsive. Would definitely rent it again.

Wonderful stay!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! I cannot say enough good things about the condo and ease of booking process. The condo was exactly as advertised- clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. We were all so pleased with it! From the beginning of the process with booking our stay up to checking in with us when our vacation ended, communication with the owner was thorough and helpful. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in OC!

Wilson and the unit are top notch! The unit was clean and comfortable. Wilson was friendly, detailed and communication was excellent. Answered every question very timely and responsive. The unit is in a great location. Walking distance to convention center, Dumsers, Rita’s and several other dining options. Cross the street and you’re on the beach. The Makai building is clean and safe. Indoor pool, entertainment room & pool tables. Kids had a great time.

Girls Getaway

My girlfriends and I do a girls getaway every summer and this place was perfect for what we wanted and needed. Beautiful condo with beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. The owner, Wilson was so easy to contact and quickly answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

Great Condo in Perfect Location

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Worked out well for the 4 of us and is located in a great spot to be able to go to the boardwalk or take a drive up into Delaware for the day.

Came exactly as advertised - property was clean, accessible, comfortable, and made for a pleasant vacation. The host is exceptionally receptive and responds to calls/texts almost immediately - a pleasure to deal with. The building itself has a nice billiards room, a small weight room, and an indoor pool. Property is a very short walk to the beach, and has a nice central location between the 2 bridges leaving the island. Would highly recommend

Great Location, perfect for small Family

I had a great family vacation recently. The Makai building has some solid amenities (indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, etc). Mid-town OC is a great location and is very accessible to get in and out of town. The beach is only a few minute walk and the condo in general is in a very walkable location - drinks, coffee, water ice, ice cream, etc. all close by. The building is directly next to the OC Convention Center, which has a nice boardwalk on the bayfront and is only a 3 minute walk from the condo. 1 minor note: the AC Unit can run a bit loud at times, so if you're watching a movie at night or sipping a coffee on the balcony, you might want to turn the AC for a short period and just use the ceiling fans. All in all, a great value and I hope to return in the future. OCMD sunsets on the bay are the best of best and you'll catch them every night from this location.

Nice Home Away From Home!

This condo was perfect for my family of four! It's conveniently located near the convention center which allowed my husband & son to walk there to watch portions of the national dance competition. When my daughter wasn't scheduled to dance, we were close enough to walk to the beach for a fun day in the sun & sand!

Great rental property

Wilson is a great host. He called to make sure we checked-in and everything was as expected. Unit was clean and fitted with everything you need to have a great stay. His rental is sufficient for a family (4-6) and the location is perfect. Few minutes away are plenty of restaurants, ice cream shop, pizza parlor and the beach is maybe 5min away. Thanks Wilson!

Perfect Retreat

Condo is perfectly situated to the Convention Center. Super cute interior and perfect amount of space for us. Great views of the bay to unwind to. Clean and just was very responsive to questions.

The property was conveniently located in midtown. The view of the bay was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was easy to work with and responsive. I would stay there again.

Best experience with the kids yet!

Wilson reached out the day after I made the booking, answering any questions I had and explaining the process. He stayed in contact through the trip and even after to ensure we didn’t have other questions or issues pop up. Check-in was a breeze (meaning getting into the condo was super easy due to the instructions provided), the building had carts for use to get all of our stuff from the cars to the third floor, the condo itself was nicely furnished and up to date; and most importantly - super clean! We had one issue with a slow drain but it did not hinder us at all but I let Wilson know and he said he’d take care of it. All in all, it was a great stay and we will be booking the condo again for next summer when we know our vacation dates!

Perfect Beach Week

Great, great condo that is in perfect location in OC. Not only is it a very short walk to the beach, it is close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Condo is clean/well-maintained and very well equipped (family appreciated super fast WI-FI). Best part of the trip was sitting out on the balcony and looking over the bay. Highly recommended for families looking for the ultimate beach experience in OC!

We are from the Maryland area and we love going to the beach as a family. We love being hosts as we benefit from hearing all the wonderful experiences that other families can enjoy from Ocean City.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are a few things we love about the building. First is the location as the beach is relatively quiet compared to other areas of Ocean City. Second, the building is relatively newer with tons of amenities including gym, sauna, billiards room, ample parking, and more importantly, the indoor pool with an outdoor feel (there are large "garage like" doors that opens up to the gentle breeze and serenity of the bay.
