Perfect space for our family with updated decor and accommodations. Nice location close to the beach and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby and just a short drive to the Boardwalk.

The place was perfect for my daughter and myself. We were very comfortable and the space was quite nice. The proximity to the beach was the best perk! We love swimming in the ocean and I personally loved sitting on the deck sipping my coffee in the morning and watching the neighbors biking or walking their dogs. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to go down next year but I’m certainly hoping in 2028. This would be my first choice in places to stay. Kevin was great as well when there was an issue with the refrigerator. Sometimes stuff happens and I’ve been raised that if that’s the worst glitch in your trip then you’re lucky and grateful for the amenities that are provided.

Great Place! Perfect for Small Families!

We had a great time at Kristy Greg 3. Host was super easy to work with and communicate with. The location was great for our family. The beach is short walk. At most 100 yd away. Located close to the convention center and a short walk/drive to many attractions.

Kristy Greg is such a family friendly spot to stay. We had zero worries and so much ease. Definitely hope we can stay again on our next trip!

We vacation in Ocean City every year and this has been one of our favorite condos! Very comfortable with plenty of space. There were also cleaning supplies readily available.

Great time!

This place was everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the view and weather. We were on the beach in such a short walk which was also great with little ones. We hope to be back!

Perfect Beach Vacation Rental!

We have stayed at Kristy Greg for two years in a row now for a summer beach vacation and have loved it both times! It’s perfect for 2 couples. The location is phenomenal - steps away from the beach and walking distance to so many bars and waterfront restaurants! It’s also super easy to get to the boardwalk via the bus. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the host Kevin is super responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back again!!

Perfect beach retreat!

Amazing location! 2 min walk to beach, short bus ride to boardwalk, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance as well! Apartment was clean, updated and ideal to for two couples. Looking forward to booking again next summer! Highly recommend!!!

Cruise Week

We stayed for cruise week. The property was as expected and we were able to check in early. The street was very quiet and with an autistic child, everything inside was perfect. Would recommend.

Very Nice Condo

This place turned out to be very nicely renovated along with the perfect outdoor deck. Incredibly close to the beach and quite professional neighbors. Over all it was a perfect stay for two adults & 4 children.
