Also, within a short drive to Englewood Beach, Manasota Key and Boca Grande. Home is situated in a quiet location in Oyster Creek with great preserve and lake views through the panoramic screens in the pool area. A short drive on the golf cart along to the clubhouse where there are various activities to enjoy if you wish or just relax by the pool and enjoy the Florida Sunshine. If you like to golf, easy to make tee times in advance and at a reasonable cost. When you come into the home there are soaring ceilings, lots of sliders and transient windows which makes for a very light and bright house.  Beautiful comfortable furnishings throughout the home, will ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay.  Open plan fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. There are two dining areas for casual and formal dining. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house to ensure maximum privacy for any guests. Primary bedroom has king size bed and guest bedrooms have queen and double bed. Both bathrooms are nicely equipped with bath and showers.  Laundry room with washer dryer and double garage. The pool area can be entered through sliding doors from the house onto the large deck with rectangular pool which can be electrically heated. Both sitting area with comfortable furniture along with gas fire pit and also dining area on the pool deck to enjoy Florida days and evenings. Lot of activities at the clubhouse such as pickleball, shuffleboard, community pool and spa and library where you can borrow books to read by your own pool. Also, an exercise room along with pool and table tennis.  A wonderful place to spend winter months in Florida.
