Surf & Sun at this Gulf Front duplex

Experience magnificent Gulf views from almost every room of this stacked duplex. Built in 2018, this property has many high-end finishes, and is modern coastal living at its finest. The property has yards of PRIVATE beachfront on the Gulf, and lots of nesting sea turtles.
Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor, one story above ground-level. From the large balcony that spans the width of the house there are unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico where you'll be mesmerized by beautiful sunsets. You'll see dolphins swimming by and other wildlife, maybe even a manatee.

This property is non-smoking - not smoking on the deck, at the ground floor seating area or on the private beach. The property line extends to the high-water mark on the beach. If you or a member of your party is a smoker, this property is not for you.

The living, dining and kitchen areas are 'open concept' with a vaulted ceiling, increasing the spaciousness of the rooms. The living room has leather couches and a lounge chair, seating for at least 7 people. On the wall is a curved TV with cable channels, and of course free Wi-Fi. The dining room has a large wooden table with seating for 6, above is a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all appliances are brand-new, including a stackable washer & dryer.

The bedding is king-size in the master suite with a walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double-sink vanity and shower. The first guest room has a queen bed, the next has a queen bed and a twin bunkbed above it. The guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.

The property is located near the south end of Manasota Key, close enough to walk to Stump Pass State Park.

This property is non-smoking - not smoking on the deck, at the ground floor seating area or on the private beach. The property line extends to the high-water mark on the beach. If you or a member of your party is a smoker, this property is not for you.

Relax and enjoy the ocean!
You cannot go wrong selecting this property for vacation or getaway! Location on private residential beach was perfect. Views of gulf and sunsets are spectacular! Unit is up-to-date, clean, and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Full width balcony is great! This was our second time and we'll definitely be back.

Don't hesitate...
We had the BEST vacation and couldn't have been happier with the location. We were biking/walking distance to everything. There were a few windy days, so we walked up to Stump Pass park and camped out on the calmer side of Lemon Bay. The condo was extremely clean and updated. Perfect for families with toddlers, or kids. We will be back!

Beautiful private beach!
This was a wonderful location on a beautiful “mostly private” beach. The area was lovely snd provided us with the quiet vacation we were looking for. The beach was a three minute walk from the house. It was a longer drive to get there from Georgia but the quieter beach made it worth it!

Lovely little nest
Gorgeous beachfront home. Breathtaking sunsets, central location and modern amenities. You can’t ask for anything else. I would have loved to extend for months on end.
