This 3-bedroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, offering a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a twin XL over queen bunk bed. Whether you're in town for family time, a getaway with friends, or business, you'll find comfort and convenience

Designed with functionality and comfort in mind, the townhome features an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a dining space perfect for casual gatherings. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer privacy and flexible sleeping arrangements, while 2.5 bathrooms ensure everyone has space to get ready.

Enjoy a private back patio for morning coffee or evening relaxation, plus the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer for longer stays.

Please note: While the home is clean and fully functional, it has a few small cosmetic blemishes from regular use. We're actively working on updates and appreciate your understanding.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, garage, and private patio.

You’re also welcome to enjoy the community playground and park located by the mailboxes near the main entrance—perfect for kids or a quiet outdoor break.

Parties or large unapproved events are not permitted. However, small gatherings such as work-related meetings, baby showers, or wedding-related events may be allowed with prior approval.

Any noise complaints, community violations, or police visits may result in a fine of up to $250 per occurrence.
