Zemarree/Asia: Inaccurate rating for a 5-star home. We actually take pictures after each clean and have proof that the property was in excellent condition before you got there. After your stay, our cleaner found the King duvet and duvet cover with vomit in the washing machine with the vomit wrapped up in the duvet cover. Our cleaner had to scoop vomit from the washing machine. It ruined the duvet cover and duvet and left a smell. There was also liquid detergent that spilled onto the floor. There was fine, red glitter everywhere which was really hard to take out. There also was food boxes and waste. It took our cleaner 9 hours to clean everything. There was also vomit on the carpet in the front bedroom of the house. Unfortunately, we entrusted y'all to take care of our house and keep our property clean. A heads up would've been good so at least our cleaner could've been prepared. Our cleaners work hard and it isn't fair to subject them to really bad cleaning conditions. I added the extra charges for cleaning and the soiled linens. Please take care of the next house you rent and be responsible. You still owe us for the extra cleaning and damaged/tainted duvet and duvet cover.
