Whether you're in from out of town, staycation-ing, or working remote, this home was thoughtfully curated to include all the comforts of home while you come enjoy the city. Play games, dine or gather together in the open concept living room with two sitting areas, or at the oversized island in the fully-stocked kitchen. The spacious 300 sq ft primary suite includes a king sized bed, dedicated workspace, 58in SmartTV, and additional seating area. The en suite bathroom has a dual vanity, large walk-in closet and glass shower. The first of two guest rooms includes a plush queen size bed and blackout curtains. The second guest room includes two twin XL beds, also with blackout curtains, perfect for good night's sleep! Both rooms include a sizable closet and share a full bath with tub and shower. A washer and dryer is also conveniently located in the home.

Great time in Dallas

The home is very nice and comfortable the updates are top notch we loved it. Leticia was so helpful during check-in as well as answering any questions, The house was the perfectly location to all the area of Dallas and Irving nothing was far at all. Would stay here again

We had such an Awesome stay. We are 7 girlfriends that take an annual trip but due to COVID hadn’t traveled in 3 years. We had an amazing time in Dallas and enjoyed every bit of the home.

This place is a dream!

This was one of the cleanest, most well-thought out Vrbo properties I’ve ever stayed at. Leticia was responsive, friendly, and has clearly put a lot of care and intention into her house. The location was incredibly convenient (we had plans in various areas of DFW), and I would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat in future trips to the area. I highly, highly recommend this awesome place!

Very nice place

I really enjoyed the stay, plenty of room and very clean. Host had everything we needed that we forgot to bring. My only caveat is the floor being super slippery next to the hallway stairs. Almost busted ass a couple times but other than that great place.

Great cozy and safe stay with more than enough space for 5 adults! Comfy beds and fun living room to kick back and chill. Close proximity to fun places in Dallas. Uber/Lyft quickly available to trendy hotspots. Property manager was quick to respond and super helpful! Thank you !

PICTURE PERFECT

Property is better in person than in the pictures. Enough space for the whole family. Kitchen had everything you need to make home made meals daily. The host got back to me quickly with any questions I need answered. Very easy to work with as we needed a later check out. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Great Location - Adorable House

The owner has done an amazing job with the upgrades in this adorable house! Our family of 4 had plenty of space (with room to spare) and enjoyed the layout of the house. The owner was responsive and very accommodating to our requests! We were 30 mins from Cowboys Stadium and a short car ride downtown. Thank you for everything!

Girls Trip

The property was everything that was posted and more. There was more than enough room for the five of us and more if we had it. The decor of the house was excellent and the location of it was close to highways. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and would use it again if we had to do it again. Thanks for everything!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay but didn’t realize there were steps both to enter the house and steps to the bedrooms and neither had railings. We were able to manage but my mother who uses a cane needed assistance. The place otherwise was perfect and we enjoyed our stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

As soon as I walked into this home, I knew I had to have it! The home was originally built in the 1940's and very recently renovated. What I love is that the original character of the house was kept in tact while every single aspect of the home's interior was updated. As soon as you walk in, you're in the huge open concept living room with the kitchen centered truly in the heart of the home. This area of Dallas is known for its rich history (the famed Bonnie and Clyde were known to hang out in this area!) and with its proximity to up and coming areas like Bishop Arts and Trinity Groves, it's an ideal place for anyone who wants to enjoy Dallas but still wants peace and quiet.

I put a lot of heart into creating this space. From the hammock chairs in the living area to the art on the walls, my goal was to create a cozy, comfortable space that also paid homage to the culture and history of this area of Dallas.
-Each room is spacious (the primary suite is 300 sq ft!) and includes lux comfortable beds perfect for getting a good night's rest.
-The open concept floor plan ensures your friends and family will have plenty of room to be together.
