Ce luxueux et spacieux 3 chambres plus est situé juste à côté de la montagne Aspen pour votre commodité de ski in / out.
La copropriété a trois étages de grand espace de vie. Le dernier étage a un grand concept ouvert avec la cuisine, la salle à manger et la salle de séjour d'où vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur les montagnes pittoresques. Il y a aussi un coin bonus supplémentaire à ce niveau. Le niveau intermédiaire dispose d'une luxueuse chambre principale avec cheminée, coin salon et bureau, avec grande salle de bains. Le niveau inférieur comprend une chambre lit king-size avec salle de bain et une autre chambre avec deux lits superposés et une salle de bains. Cet appartement est partiellement climatisé.

Great location and property

Overall we thoughts this property was great - close to everything important in Aspen, comfortable living arrangements and the staff overseeing the property was very helpful. The only minor complaint was a few appliances not working properly - one shower/bath tub which they fixed, and then needed to fix again as well as the ice maker was broke. Each time the staff was prompt and tried to be as helpful as possible.

Wonderful condo, with a catch

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was amazing. #809 has a great location and a great physical space. Would definitely rent again, assuming they update the stove/oven. It barely works and REALLY diminished what would have been a five star review. We also had several issues with the heating system - mostly was too hot and seemingly was not very controllable.

Amazing Location and Beautiful, Spacious Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Aspen Alps, where I've stayed 3 times now. Some units are better than others in location, views and amenities, but the 809 unit we recently rented was pricey but worth it. However, we have to note that some of the amenities, especially in the kitchen, were not working properly and clearly substandard: the range had only one working burner. the Oven did not work properly. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. Food in the front was not cold enough, but food in the back froze, and perishables had to be tossed. One of the humidifiers failed. There were gas fire places, when we prefer wood burning, and after getting maintenance to come and light the pilot lights on both fireplaces, we did enjoy the convenience of being able to turn on the fireplace with a remote. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 had more to do with how our stay ended. We were denied a request for a later check out than 11 a.m., -flight out not till 4:30p, and I've never had a hotel or vacation rental refuse a simple request to get a couple of more hours rather than having to store luggage at relocate until it was time to get to the airport. We begged and pleaded for a little more time, but the staff would not budge and enforced the 11am check out, which was a rather **** move given the cost of the rental. When our flights canceled due to weather, we had no place to stay our last night. The aspen alps relayed that they were 100% booked and could not find us a place with them. To their credit, however, they did find us an alternative at the Hotel Aspen for the night, a significant drop in quality from unit 809. But we were lucky to find a place in town with the Xgames and Gay Ski Week in town. So it was really the way they handled our request for a late checkout that bothered us, and I think they could have done more to find us a spot in the complex. All in all, I'd return. and after all, it's Aspen.
