Better than advertised

Location and service from the property was awesome. They shuttled us all over town and had great suggestions for dining. Short walk to slopes.

Stay in aspen

Property is not walking distance from anything as it is far up the hill. Needs a refresh.

Super-Fun Week in Aspen

This is a clean, well-furnished unit with enough space for four and good wooded/partial mountain views. The office staff, drivers, and cleaners were all friendly and helpful. It's a relatively easy (downhill) walk to town, and a bit harder (uphill) walk back to the unit. Overall, a really nice get-away.

True ski in ski out

The ski in and ski out was really cool. They have a daily cleaning service. I do think that there should be more lights in the bedrooms. The shuttle service was very convenient. Also you get a daily Wall Street journal.

Weekend getaway dream!

Our stay at Aspen Alps was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The concierge service was equally impressive, arranging seamless transportation and offering fantastic local recommendations that elevated our experience. The property itself was stunning—immaculately maintained, with breathtaking views and all the luxurious amenities you could hope for. Whether we were relaxing in the cozy living room or enjoying the nearby attractions, everything about this condo felt like pure indulgence. We can’t thank the team enough for making this trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a flawless Aspen getaway, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Nice Condo; Great Service

We enjoyed this two bedroom condo with three full baths. The only issue was noise penetration from the adjacent unit at the lower master bedroom level. Management was notified and took action to redress. Bell/valet/shuttle staff were wonderful and front desk and fitness room personnel were also helpful and friendly. It is a fairly steep walk up the road to this unit in the 400 building and the road ices over at night, but shuttle drivers are usually present to give a lift. Ski access was great and the unit while a but worn is comfortable and as represented on the website. The fitness room is very well equipped and well maintained, and the pool is heated and great for swimming after skiiing. (The hot tub is small and gets very crowded.) We would recommend for anyone who is not concerned with the "hike" up to the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three of us with our 2 white labs spent about 3 days at Aspen Alps. Our condo was great...easy walk to downtown. We were there in September. We had a tough time using GPS finding the place so had to call the office. They were so very helpful and patient in getting us to the location. Couldn’t ask for nicer people

September stay at Aspen Alps #407

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I , along with our two adult sons stayed at Aspen Alps #407 in late September. We were pleased with this unit and would recommend these accommodations.-easy check-in with friendly staff on-site. They called after we settled in and asked if we needed anything.-clean unit: the staff came by and cleaned the unit after our first night of the two night stay. Similar to a hotel stay in that regard-great location - we walked into town daily, no need to drive-unit is easy to access from parking lot with no stairs to climb to get into unit. Bedrooms are on first level, each with a full bathroom . The kitchen & living room are upstairs along with a 3rd full bathroom - most other units are 2 bed/2 bath. Unit was clean , kitchen was set up for cooking and entertaining. Outstanding feature was the 3 outdoor decks, each with plenty of room.

A little noisy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was excellently situated with easy ski in/out access and ample sunlight. Furnishing was baseline acceptable and functional. Obviously paying for location and not furnishings. Beds, linens and hot water were excellent. Only complaint was noisy abutting downhill unit that had TV on late evening and early morning at high volume clearly audible in our bedroom. Bathroom grouts were failing and dirty in some locations.
