The unit is spacious. The main living area is large and open with a mountain view. There is no traffic noise, it is very quiet. The walks to the lift, shopping, restaurants, and busses were very easy. The buildings are not new, but well-updated, clean, comfortable and luxurious. We were very happy there and would return.

Nice place with condition

Beautiful condo and perfect location but oven was broke and had yo use the oven downstairs in the conference room to prepare our food. Aspen Alps did pay the restaurant bill for our dinner the second night. Also, the couch is extremely worn and had to cover it eith a blanket to minimize the feather shedding.

The lay out was exactly as we expected and the kitchen had all of the tools to make you feel at home. The location was perfect for our stay and a very easy walk into town and just a couple of blocks from the grocery store. We enjoyed the farmers' market on Saturday and had a beautiful night out at Kenichi. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for some time in Aspen.

nice unit...needs light

Aspen Alps 116 is a nice end unit. Property from outside looks a bit tired but inside the unit was quite nice. The only downside was that it lacked good lighting. The bathrooms are very dark and the unit overall is dark. Location is great and gym is very nice. They need to open the gym before 8 am, so you can get a workout in before hitting the slopes.
