Hi everyone, I'm Lonie! I've been a local business owner for over 27 years . I'm co-founder of Mode Salon's. I also have 6 unique vacation properties in downtown Gainesville that have been successful for over six years. One of which was built and featured on the hit TV show Tiny House Nation! I learned a lot after going tiny on the show and I decided incorporate some of that in my new space. Along with design features inspired by my travels, I created something unique for you all to experience. I'm excited to share with you all my new space "The Guest Houseâ in the neighborhood Sugarfoot. It's an open- concept guesthouse with luxury amenities.

This traditional neighborhood development is located 8 miles from UF Health, Shands Hospital, and the University of Florida.
