Our stay was amazing. The townhome is clean and equipped with extras that made the stay so easy. I really appreciated the garage. Everything was easy from checking in to checking out! The host is great to work with. We look forward to hopefully staying there again!

The host was super responsive leading up to the trip and ESPECIALLY helpful when my GPS took me somewhere crazy. The property is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

This place was incredible! Very modern build and is very cozy. It had everything for a great night of rest. Each room has their own bathroom, and the kitchen was awesome. It's a great place to spend a night! It also has a garage which was nice to be able to park inside and not have to leave the truck on the street.

A True Gem—Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Communicated

We’ve stayed in a number of vacation homes over the years, and this has truly been our best experience yet! The place is immaculately clean, which is so important to us—especially since one of my daughters and I both have allergies and have to be extra careful about where we stay. We felt comfortable and at ease the entire time.Beyond that, the owner has been wonderful with communication—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly cares about making sure guests have a great stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-managed place to stay!

Evans is growing fast, it's right between I-25 and Highway 85, is a short jaunt away from Greeley and still has the small town hospitality that is so welcoming.

it's a fun 2 bedroom townhouse with soft velvety couches to snuggle on while streaming your favorite show, a kitchen with all the amenities to cook or bake in and lots of great delivery options if you don't want to cook. The beds are uber comfortable and the blackout curtains top it off.
