Situé à Severance dans un quartier calme et sécuritaire. Sortez balcon et entrée privée par garage. L'appartement est entiÚrement meublé et la cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en granit et tous les ustensiles de base. Sentiers pédestres dans tout le quartier et autour du lac. Felt very safe & clean. Neighbors were very friendly and the area is close to many places to eat, shop, or find entertainment. The tub is very tall which made it hard to get in and out of and bathe my kids but my husband who is 6ft had no problem. Would stay here again. Beautiful area.

We wanted an easy-access, clean and quiet place to stay while attending a family wedding north of Fort Collins.This studio apartment exceeded our expectations. Very nicely set up, with the bedroom separate from the main living space. One could live there quite comfortably - has plenty of cooking, cleaning, bathing and "relaxing" supplies (even board games!) Decorated with a Rocky Mountain vibe. Has pleasing views, an easy neighborhood with open space for walking, and I-25 is convenient but doesn't intrude there. We appreciated the personal touches, like fresh flowers, that made this stay special. And when we accidently set off the automatic garage door opener, Kelly fixed the problem immediately and with a touch of humor. We definitely recommend this property, thanks.

Always a pleasant stay here. This was my second time and it was just as warm and welcoming as the first. The apartment is lovely, claw foot tub inviting and will come back again when next in Fort Collins.

We stayed at Kelly's property four or five times. Always clean, quiet and comfortable. We love the neighborhood and enjoy our time there. We have family and friends in the neighboring towns and this is a good in the middle location. We like being able to bring our mountain bikes and leave them secured in the garage while we're out and about. Communication with Kelly is fantastic and she replies promptly. We'll be back next fall for sure.

Beautiful and peaceful

The area and accommodations were clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The apartment is an easy drive away from Fort Collins, Widsor, etc. The host was kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this rental and would book it again when in the area.

Lovely location in Colorado

Beautiful location and scenery of the mountains & the water was awesome. The unit itself is very cute and comfortable. Quite a few steps to get up to the unit so if you have trouble walking there may be a little bit of a problem. Bathroom has a cute clawfoot bathtub but the sides are kind of high so it's a little difficult getting in and out of it and there is no additional shower. Also visitors should know there is a sheep farm about a mile a and a half north so once in awhile depending on the wind you may have a pretty strong smell that kind of discourages you from sitting on the balcony, but overall we enjoyed our month there very much muchtheonthebalisadditioshower.

Perfect location for our extended stay

This upper level apt was just what we needed for our stay in Northern Colorado. Conveniently located near Ft. Collins & I-25 but still had a quiet rural vibe. Fully equipped with the needful things. Slight challenge navigating the stairs and the claw foot tub. Otherwise it was great.

Peaceful and beautiful setting

Kelly's property was quiet with a gorgeous setting, particularly enjoyed from an elevated deck looking south. The lodging was spacious and open, with a private entrance. Kelly was very responsive and I would recommend highly. Looking forward to returning sometime.

Colorado vacation

Everything about our stay was great. The rooms were very large we didn’t feel cramped. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was like we were home. I would definitely stay again, we loved it. Kelly was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond.
