Discover your stylish Miami retreat, just 7 minutes from Miami International Airport and near the future home of Inter Miami CF’s stadium! Perfect for families and groups, this spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests, featuring one king suite and three queen bedrooms.

Enjoy your own private pool, chill patio, outdoor seating, pool table, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of space to relax and have fun. Explore Wynwood, Little Havana, and Miami’s top attractions, then return to your private oasis.

Guest Access: Enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, and the gated driveway with parking for up to 3 cars. Locked storage areas and the separate guest house are off-limits. Convenient self-check-in via lockbox.

Pool & Pool Table: Pool hours are 9 AM–10 PM, with backyard music and noise permitted until 9 PM. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please follow all posted safety guidelines, supervise children, and treat the pool table and equipment with care.

House Rules: No smoking or vaping indoors, no parties or loud music without prior approval, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM. The home accommodates up to 10 registered guests; additional visitors or celebrations require advance host approval.

Pets Welcome 🐾: With prior approval and a $150 fee per pet, per stay. Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or other furniture, or in the pool.

Very disappointing experience. The property did not match the impression created by the listing photos. In person, it felt much older, more worn, and less well maintained. We found multiple ants in the kitchen, a strong chemical/pesticide smell, dirt and residue in the bathroom and drawers, and a heavily rusted BBQ that did not appear reasonably usable.We also had privacy concerns because the host appeared to stay in a separate unit on the same property, and the pool area felt less private than we expected from the listing.We reported the issues shortly after arrival and documented them with photos. The overall experience was uncomfortable enough that we chose to leave, move all of our belongings, and pay for alternative hotel accommodation during our vacation while traveling with a young child.Unfortunately, we were not refunded for the unused nights. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not book this property again.

We strongly disagree with this review, which presents a misleading and incomplete account of the guest’s stay. The property was professionally cleaned and inspected before arrival. The photo showed a single ant, not an infestation; the marks in the drawers were wear to the finish, not dirt; and the BBQ concern was not raised before the guest decided to leave. Allegations of a chemical odor and privacy concerns were only brought to our attention later. We responded promptly, contacted Vrbo, and offered to send our cleaning team the following morning to address the initial concerns. The guest chose not to respond for 24 hours and to leave without allowing us the opportunity to inspect or remedy them. The timing of the escalating allegations, together with the disagreement over the requested refund, raises serious concerns about whether this review was influenced by dissatisfaction with the refund outcome rather than being a fair and balanced account of the stay. We stand by our documented actions and believe future guests deserve an accurate account of the facts, including our genuine efforts to resolve the concerns.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The bnb was perfect, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful spot to relax. We really appreciated how welcoming and kind the host was, it truly made us feel right at home. We’d definitely love to stay again in the future.

The property was clean, the pool was really nice. Since there was no working dryer in the property it was hard to dry the swimsuits and towels in that humidity. We received only one set of towels for 4 days and needed to request another set. The manager was very responsive to that and we got them the next day. There is target nearby so shopping was Farley easy.
