Welcome to Saltwater & Sunshine — your dream waterfront retreat in Cape Coral! This bright, single-level home offers direct Gulf access via a scenic canal with no bridges — perfect for regular and sailboats. Fish or dock at your private dock just steps away.

The entire back of Saltwater & Sunshine opens up to your private saltwater pool and screened lanai, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy a large outdoor dining area, a bar with pass-through kitchen windows, and plenty of lounge space — so even the chef stays part of the fun! Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Inside, unwind in comfort with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming services, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bath features a bidet and grab bars for added ease. A Pack-N-Play and high chair are included for families. Step-free entry and convenient layout make this home easy to enjoy (note: not fully accessible).

Close to beaches, golf, and waterfront dining — Saltwater & Sunshine is where unforgettable vacation memories are made.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: The boat lift at this home is locked down and not available to guests.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is very nice, well stocked, and well decorated. The canal is right behind the house and great for fishing. The pool tends to get lots of flying bugs in it, but they could probably fix that buy simply cleaning out the gutters attached to the pool screen.

More than expected

My only complaint is that I didn’t book this place for a longer stay! Beautiful house and quiet location with . We fully enjoyed our stay. Hoping to come back again.

We were very disappointed with the communication from the property management team, before we started our vacation. They took a very long time to respond. We did not use the pool because the water was to cold and the vrbo site was misleading, by saying there's a 32 a day charge for heating. We asked to heat the pool for our last 3 days, but we were informed that we had to pay for 6 days ( the entirety of our stay). The 2 king size beds are not very comfortable and the master shower water drained so slow, we were standing in water by the time we were finished showering. Besides those few things, the house was very well stocked and had everything we needed.

amazing property me and my family have a great time on the house and we have 0 complains about the house but we do have a complain about the neighborhood there is a couple of old people leaving on the next house that are always looking and checking on everything you do and calling the owners and making shtt up besides that it is a great house for vacation

The property was as expected based on the description. There were no nasty surprises that you sometimes get when renting a property.The location was close to everything like restaurants, beaches and museums. The pool was perfect and bbq even had a backup propane tank which we ended up needing .We would rent this property again if we ever return to Cape Coral.

Worth it.

The property was very nice. Pool and hot tub was great. Loved fishing from the dock as well. Beds were much to be desired. They were as hard as the floor. It's in an area where a noise ordinance is in effect so it was hard keeping younger kids with a quieter outside voice. Other than that it was a great place.

Wonderful pool and patio

House was dated but nice, could use some updates with the electric switches we had a problem with one of the fans out on the patio area but once we figured out that it was on a two way switch it worked fine. Pots and pans could use some updating and shower head in the second bathroom could be updated.There were a lot of pool towels and shower towels. The pool and out door patio are very nice, House was spacious and pool and house were clean. All in all it was a very nice stay!!

We had a six night stay. The pool and outdoor seating area were perfect for us as we were out there constantly. There were pool floats and noodles available for use. Very quiet neighborhood. The home was clean with plenty of room. Some things were outdated, but they worked out fine. Two things worth mentioning: ceiling fan in smaller bedroom either ran on turbo speed or off as there was no in between. Also, the wheels in sliding glass doors are very loud and woke up others in the house. All said, we’d definitely stay here again because we really enjoyed the outdoor area.

Sadly left early

We arrived and we're very pleased with the property. But sadly it went downhill from the first day. My grandchildren used the hot tub and got a terrible rash from the water. There was a problem with the hot water not working. The owner was not communicating with us and the property manager about the issues. Then the circuits went out on the microwave and several of the plugs in the kitchen. Too bad the owner was not willing to work with us on the issues and thanks goes to the property manager and evolve for all they did for us

Everything was comfortable except for the living room recliners which were not comfortable and difficult to open up. My husband is handicapped and had a hard time sitting in them and had to sit in the other chairs. House worked for us for the time we were there.
