Guests will have access to their entire side of the duplex, minus a couple of storage closets. We value the privacy of our guests, but are available by message or phone call if you need any assistance.

Living in Weinland Park offers residents an urban feel and convenience with the benefit of private fenced yards and a small community vibe. Residents tend to be young professionals. There are ample bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, as well as sidewalks with quick access to running trails.

Weinland Park is a development success story. The area is designated as an opportunity zone, helping to spur the revitalization of the historic neighborhood. Bus stops and running trails close by. Easy access to the highway - you get the benefit of proximity to the Short North without the Short North traffic.

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM PARKING: If you are driving in, there is room for one car in the off-street parking behind the house. In addition, there is free on-street parking.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.

OTHER: This is a duplex, so you may hear noise from the other side of the unit. We are pet friendly, so there may be dogs on the other side of the low fence between units.

We had a great two night stay at this fun-themed rental! We wanted somewhere close to the OSU Fair and it was a quick walk to and from.

The entire house was very clean! I stayed with my kids as we showed at the Ohio State Fair and I felt very safe with them in the neighborhood and in the home. Really appreciated the parking spot and the lights outside when we needed to come back late. Even with it being a duplex we never knew anyone was next door. 3 BR were nice and a large downstairs as well. Plenty of cups, plates, silverware, etc. The decor was cool because I’m a GOT fan! Check-in was simple, check-out was simple. Definitely recommend this to anyone needing a safe stay on the Campus or Fairgrounds area.

We chose this property for the convenient location to everything we need in a centralized location to our destination. The adjustable beds were a huge plus for our needs. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the most comfortable we've ever slept in at hotel/rental. Great pillow variety too. Great large fridge with ice maker. Nice ac that can be easily adjusted to comfort. Many chairs and full couch to sit in for relaxing. Nice big counter top and big deep double side sink for dishes plus dishwasher. Nice mugs cups, plates, and utensils for dining. Also good collection of kcups for coffee maker. So nice to have a warm cup of coffee without having to leave. Very fun themed property. Lots of medieval decorations and swords. Maybe not for little kids who can't keep hands to themselves but for adults was fun. The property owners were so helpful and quick to respond when we reached out. Would recommend to others.

Starting with the good, Great location. We had a hiccup getting into the house when we first arrived, the code didn’t work, but the response was quick and we were able to get in no problem. There was a tree branch down on the back fence and they had it fixed within hours. Unfortunately, now the bad. The house was just filthy. We had to walk around with shoes on because the floor was so dirty that our socks got ruined. There was grease clearly visible on the hood over the stove and just caked on the artwork that was behind the stove. While the shower itself was clean, and there was good water pressure, the little rug that was outside of the bathtub was so gross looking we had to push it out of the way and not step on it at all. There’s crud encrusted all around the toilet bowl brush holder by the toilet. This is particularly disappointing because these are easy fixes. A fresh rug in front of the bathtub and you could go to the dollar store and get a new toilet brush holder. There were cigarette butts all over the porch area. The closets were locked in 2 of the 3 BR so we only had 1 closet available 2 3 of us.The beds were therapeutics however we couldn’t get them to work. The instructions 4 the bed linens indicate that only beds that appear to have been slept in will have the linens changed. That’s disturbing, if the guest b4 didn’t read the instructions & made their bed b4 they left it implies the next guest could be sleeping on dirty bed linens. A new cleaning Co is needed

Rental is in a good location. Seemingly safe neighborhood. We were in town for a soccer tournament and were close to the soccer fields as well as shopping centers/restaurants. Home was clean and we would book again.

Great Spot for OSU Graduation Weekend

Family of 5 with 3 college kids attending OSU graduation when everyone wants their own private space and uninterrupted sleep being a top priority. The beds were very comfortable; neighborhood was quiet, we had plenty of parking especially when we discovered there are off street spots in the back of the property. 10-15 minute walk to OSU, Starbucks and our daughter’s apartment. Host was communicative and accommodating and allowed us the check in early. Met all our needs for the price.

Convenient location

This property checked all of our boxes. It was an easy walk to campus and the stadium and close to restaurants and Kroger. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was perfect for the kids and dog. The house had a unique theme that was enjoyed by all.

Great location for campus

Great location for campus. A few block walk will land you at 11th and High street. House is well appointed with many higher end offerings-appliances, beds, fireplaces, etc. Easily accommodated a small family gathering we had. In good weather the fenced in backyard would be a bonus

Super house close to OSU campus!

This well appointed home is a perfect base to visit your OSU student and entertain! The fenced in backyard is private and perfect for grilling out! The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up dinner for friends and family. The 3 bedrooms were all inviting and clean. One of the closest homes we have found close to campus, over the last 4 years. Great communication with the owner, too!
