The house is located in the eastern part of Madeira, in the village of Água de Pena, offering a breathtaking view over the Atlantic Ocean and the offshore island group Ilhas Desertas.

Água de Pena belongs to the municipality of Machico, the first capital of Madeira, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The same applies to Santa Cruz.

The island’s capital, Funchal, is approximately 23 km away and can be reached in about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

The airport is located discreetly and far below the property, about 15 minutes away. As a result, there is virtually no noise disturbance. The house is situated at the end of a narrow valley, where falcons can often be seen flying in the morning and evening.

The House – Size and Features

The house offers approximately 144 m² of living space spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, kitchen island, perfect for social gatherings. This area also includes a dining table and a spacious, covered terrace that opens onto the garden with a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen. A comfortable double sun lounger invites you to relax.

On the upper floor, there are two modern en-suite bedrooms with access to a balcony. Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobes with sliding doors. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer.

The house can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Seasons

The high season runs from April 1 to October 31 (excluding special offers).
All other periods are considered low season.
