We were in town for graduation. The home was so comfortable and made our milestone celebration perfect. The outdoor area was an oasis; plenty of space for everyone; and well appointed. Would 1000% stay here anytime I am in town with my family. Close to Whole Foods is a bonus if you don't have a car!

We booked this for 3 people for a week long project in Atlanta. I come to Atlanta a lot from Charleston and can say this is the BEST VRBO I have stayed. Such a cool place, great host, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, well decorated. Close to all the hot spots in Midtown. Great neighborhood. We’ll be back!

Great house, convenient location. Very well appointed house. Nice to have a full bath on the first floor. It is a duplex but wasn’t a big deal

The house was wonderful. Our family had a mix of people attending a nearby event and a member needing to do some work from the house. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed lots of nice features. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed plus extras, like an espresso machine with milk frother. We were able to walk to groceries, restaurants and our event, so we arrived and parked and didn't move the car again until check out. We didn't take the Marta, but we saw stations within walking distance. Great location! The host was lovely and easy to communicate with. I got quick responses to questions and clear instructions. The backyard oasis is great. We enjoyed watching a chipmunk and juvenile squirrel interact!I would book this house again for any Atlanta event or trip.

It’s a great property however the house next door is under construction but we didn’t know before arrival . It was quite loud during the day. If not for that I would have given a perfect score, the host did apologize.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Why Choose Our Midtown Atlanta Home?

Staying in Midtown Atlanta means being at the center of the city’s culture, dining, and green spaces - and our home places you right in the heart of it all, without sacrificing comfort, privacy, or style.

Unlike standard vacation rentals, this home was designed and lived in by a professional chef, which means the kitchen is truly built for cooking, entertaining, and gathering, not just for show. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to feel elevated, functional, and welcoming.

You’ll enjoy:

A prime Midtown location just moments from Piedmont Park, top restaurants, art venues, and Atlanta’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

A sophisticated residential experience, not a generic short-term rental.

High-end finishes and custom design throughout the home.

Rare outdoor spaces including a front porch and private backyard.

Skyline views that remind you you’re in the center of Atlanta, yet tucked away enough to unwind.

Most importantly, this is a home backed by rēlx Vacation Homes, a boutique hospitality brand known for exceptional standards, thoughtful guest experiences, and beautiful spaces. We believe where you stay should enhance your trip—not just accommodate it.

Whether you’re visiting Atlanta for business, a weekend escape, or a special occasion, our Midtown home offers the perfect balance of luxury, location, and livability.
