Exactly as described

We booked this house to stay a night while visiting with our son who is working as a camp counselor at a local Scout camp. It was a great house, clean, with plenty of space and laundry facilities so we could wash his clothes. Check-in and check-out process was easy and the owners were very clear about everything. We were planning to stay again in a few weeks, but my son doesn't want to spend time with Mom & Dad unfortunately!

Hi, I am Elena. My husband Jimmy and I have two sons and live in New York City. We have been coming to the Catskills at Livingston Manor for over 20 years. This home is our pride and joy! The Cattail Manor is our getaway place from the hustle and bustle of the city. We want our guests to feel at home when they visit our house. We know our guests will truly enjoy the mountains just as much as we do at Cattail Manor.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We fell in love with Livingston Manor the first time we visited—and it’s easy to see why. Nestled in the heart of the Catskills, this vibrant small town offers the perfect mix of natural beauty, creative energy, and small-town charm. Whether you’re strolling down Main Street browsing local shops and galleries, grabbing a bite at one of the farm-to-table restaurants, or hiking along the nearby trails and waterfalls, there’s something peaceful and grounding about this place.

What we enjoy most is the sense of community here. Locals are friendly, the pace is relaxing, and every season brings something special—from fall foliage and fly fishing to summer festivals and cozy winter weekends. It’s a place where you can truly unwind, reconnect with nature, and feel at home.

Our home is just minutes from the center of town, so you can enjoy the quiet and privacy of the countryside while still being close to all the local attractions. We chose Livingston Manor not just for its beauty, but for its spirit—and we’re excited to share that with you.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What sets our home apart is the combination of rustic charm, thoughtful touches, and flexible space that makes every guest feel welcome. Our 3-bedroom country house is more than just a place to sleep—it’s a peaceful retreat designed for connection, comfort, and relaxation. With both front and back outdoor areas, guests can enjoy their morning coffee with mountain air or wind down under the stars.

Inside, the space is cozy yet spacious, with two extra living areas and futons that make it easy to accommodate groups without feeling crowded. We’ve stocked the home with all the essentials (and extras!), including a well-equipped bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer—so you can pack light and settle in easily.

We also proudly offer pet accommodations, because we believe your furry family members deserve a vacation too. With ample parking, reliable WiFi, and a location just minutes from downtown Livingston Manor, our home is a perfect mix of privacy, convenience, and Catskills charm.
