📌 Things to Know
• Bear-proof trash bin and regular pest control provided.
• The cabin is accessed via a semi-private driveway with one sharp turn. The driveway is well-maintained and comfortably accommodates vehicles of all sizes, from compact cars to large trucks and minivans. For easy maneuvering and to help us keep the driveway in top condition, trailers and motorhomes are not permitted.
• Secluded in a serene wooded setting, the cabin immerses you in nature. Listen for owls, spot deer, turkeys, or even bears - it’s all part of the authentic Smoky Mountain experience!
• Gas fireplaces in the main level living room and main level primary suite are available for use October 1-March 31 for cozy evenings.
• The upper and lower levels are accessed via spiral staircases, adding to the cabin’s charm. Guests who prefer fewer stairs can enjoy the main-level living spaces and main-level primary suite.
• Mountain retreat off a paved country road. The roads are quiet and scenic, with limited lighting at night. Arriving during daylight makes it easier to get oriented and enjoy your first views of the cabin and surroundings.
• Safety & Security: The property is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For your security, exterior security cameras monitor the front porch and parking areas. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
