Relax in a quiet home nestled away in a safe residential neighborhood near Cal Poly Humboldt and the Arcata Community Forest. Minutes from Arcata plaza, where you will find excellent local restaurants, a variety of shops, groceries, a movie theater, farmers market, and live entertainment! Somewhat between Trinidad and Eureka, a fantastic location to stay to explore all directions of Humboldt County. Less than 10 minutes from Arcata-Eureka Airport.

Relax in our clean, comfortable three bedroom, two bath home with a full kitchen, living room, and outdoor deck for a family BBQ.

The primary bedroom includes a comfortable king sized bed, closet, dresser and smart tv where you can log into your own streaming apps to watch your favorite shows. This room has an on-suite bathroom with a tub shower combo.

The secondary room has a queen bed, closet, dresser and sliding door access to the backyard.

The kids room has two twin beds and dresser. Right across the hall from the bathroom for easy access.

Enjoy the full kitchen which has all the basics and space you need to prepare meals while traveling. Includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. The coffee maker a drip style maker. The dining table sits 6.

Plenty of space in the living room for a family of 6 to kick back and watch TV together. TV is a smart TV. Log in with own account information.

We have a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, small vanity, and stacked washer & dryer.

End the day relaxing out back, staring at the stars or planning your next outing to the Redwoods, beach or shopping.

Sorry no pets. No outside visitors. No events or gatherings are allowed.

Nightly rent includes TOT tax to be submitted to the City of Arcata.

Guests have access to the home and yard. This is a very quiet neighborhood.

I go with the flow of what guests indicate they would like for interaction. I am happy to meet up with guests or stay back and provide guests with space. I live one mile from the home and can quickly arrive if needed. I accept phone calls, emails or direct messaging through the listing platform.

Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. Please review the following house rules carefully to ensure a comfortable stay for you and future guests.

1. Registered Guests Only
-Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
-No unapproved visitors or overnight guests without prior written approval.

2. No Parties or Events
-Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local ordinances.

3. Respect the Home & Neighborhood
-Please treat the home, furnishings, and grounds with care and respect.
-This is a peaceful residential neighborhood — we ask that you be mindful of neighbors at all times.

4. No Smoking
-Smoking of any kind (including vaping and cannabis) is not permitted inside the home or within 30 feet of doors and windows.
-Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

5. Pets
-No Pets are allowed on the property.
-Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Cleanliness & Care
-Please remove shoes indoors if possible to help protect floors.
-Do not rearrange furniture.
-Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them.
-Home should be free of odor which may impact the following guest stay (this may include but is not limited to seafood, perfume, smoking, etc.)

7. Kitchen Use
-Please clean up after cooking and wash dishes or load and start the dishwasher before checkout.
-Do not dispose of grease, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink.

8. Bathroom
-Only flush toilet paper. Flushable wipes will back up our septic systems.
-Do not dispose of grease, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink or drains.

9. Trash & Recycling
-Please use designated trash and recycling bins.
-If staying for an extended period, follow posted instructions for disposal.
-Properly secure trash to prevent odors. We are in critter country.

10. Safety
-Do not tamper with smoke detectors or safety devices.
-Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
-Use outdoor spaces responsibly and supervise children at all times.

11. Check-Out Expectations
-Check-out time is 10:00AM
-Starting towels is appreciated but not necessary.
-Do not strip beds. We have a process and do not want sheets to touch floors.
-Dispose of trash properly.
-Ensure the home is locked upon departure.
-Turn off heat and lights.
