Great place to stay! I come in to Seattle often for work and will certainly be back. It is a shared property with hosts, but the house is separate and feels very private which was great. Fed the koi fish each day before work and enjoyed the view at night.

Everything about the loft house was lovely. Our hosts, location, atmosphere. We could walk to restaurants and shops, and commute to city center was easy. We stayed at the start of our westward adventure making the transition relaxed and stress-free.

Jennifer is the most spectacular host! She thinks of everything and offers all the amenities you could need. The property is beautiful! Water fall into the Koi pond right next to the loft is just gorgeous and we really enjoyed getting to feed the fish! From binders of local food and restaurant suggestions to mini games available to play at the loft. Jennifer provides the “full package” with this location! This was by far one of our favorite VRBO stays. Will certainly be back again!

The property is very clean, well appointed and tranquil. The waterfall and koi pond were a nice surprise. We were welcomed with a basket of treats and water, coffee and teas, such a special touch. Jennifer communicated frequently and provided helpful suggestions on where to eat and what to do. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Seattle again.

Jennifer was absolutely the best host we’ve ever had and we’ve done a ton of vacation rentals. Very thoughtful and attentive. She provided an awesome gift basket with all kinds of goodies, water, bath supplies, etc. The location was great! Walkable to so many places. The house was spotless and I am pretty OCD, so that’s saying something. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful!

Jennifer is a wonderful host and her place is gorgeous, peaceful and extremely clean. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked beyond the basic items, there is a yoga mat/block provided, the zen water garden is right next to the patio which makes your stay so much more pleasant.Speaking of beyond, she was there when we arrived to greet us and made sure we were able to get in/found everything. Make sure you check out the view from the roof! Would definitely stay again! Thanks again for hosting us Jennifer!
