POOL AND HOT TUB

✹Heated pebble tec pool: Heat pump – Runs 24/7 during fall, winter and spring keeping the pool temperature approx. 85 degrees. During summer months no heating is necessary and we are unable to guarantee the temperature of the water. The heat pump doesn't work well when the outdoor temps are under 55 degrees.

Our property is in the best part of Scottsdale right in between the Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter and Old Town Scottsdale. A quick 10 minute drive to the most popular spots.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

✔ We charge an extra $50 per day per person for over 8 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies and wear and tear on the property. We list it as able to sleep up to 8 guests but that is assuming that 2 are infants and will sleep in pack-n-plays. If 8 adults, then we would provide 2 airbeds.

✔ Pets under 30 lbs. considered and additional pet fee will apply. Please inquire.

✔ Child-safe fence option available for $200. Please inquire 72 hours prior to arrival.

✔ Baby Items available for a small per-visit rental fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The traveler's credit card is not charged until 30 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM

Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

RENTAL CONTRACT

A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.

CITY INFO AND RULES

-Must be a minimum of 28 years of age to book this property.

-Our homes have a minimum of 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays.

-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.

-Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
