House is hot and it didn’t say anything about shared accommodation so didn’t feel safe there at all with me and my son so we moved out!! Very misleading. Not happy at all

Points faibles : Propreté, communication et exactitude de l’annonce.
The stay had quite a bit of issues. When we checked in, we realized there were GLASS SHARDS in the common area!! Apart from that, the AC was SUPER WEAKKK and it took a while for the host to adjust the AC remotely (as we cannot adjust the AC). For context, it was summer at ard 30 degrees celsius, so it was really hot in the room with WEAK AC.The TV was broken and when i asked the host to fix it, they responded with them submitting a request, but no technicians are found. During 20 days od the stay, the TV is not fixed. Really slow response rate from the host!!The room light was also faulty and flickering during our stay, but that was also not fixed during the trip, despite multiple attempts to ask the host to fix it.When new guest gets into the house, the host failed to communicate basic information and I HAD TO TELL THEM THE WIFI PASSWORD. Finally, everytime we try to contact the host, it takes the host a lot of time to respond and even longer to take action. Please DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE if you have another option.
