This bungalow is part of a charming property with only three units; providing a comfortable, safe, and relaxing getaway in the well-located neighborhood of Lake Ridge. Get a taste of the local experience and walk down the street to Gulfstream Brewery for a cold beer, take a pit stop at Milk Money Bar & Kitchen for a delicious brunch, or take a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood and all its tropical trees, plants, and vegetation.

Parking is free and on-site, and you’re welcome to bring a second car as long as you notify your host ahead of time to confirm availability. The bungalow is located on a quiet street lined with charming homes and respectful neighbors. If you need to make a quick grocery run, there is a Publix two blocks directly down from the property.

I have designed the interior of the space with an earthy color palette so that you can feel relaxed and zen during your visit to Fort Lauderdale. The patio, which is completely private and only accessed by you, is surrounded by a canopy of trees which is home to singing birds in the morning and golden rays of sunshine peaking through in the afternoon. The Garden Bungalow is a place to relax, unwind, recenter, and detach from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Whether you’re looking for a boost of caffeine in the morning, a homemade lunch in the afternoon, or a romantic dinner in the evening - the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and make yourself at home. There is a Keurig coffee machine accompanied by coffee pods, sugar, and Splenda packets. Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, and tableware are stocked in the cabinets awaiting your culinary endeavors.

There are two wall unit ACs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) to keep a steady flow of cool air throughout the property. The spacious birch wood dining table can accommodate a bountiful dinner spread as well as serve as a comfortable work station, should you need to catch up on any work remotely. The dining area flows into the living room, where a comfortable modern grey couch is accompanied by a rustic steel reading chair and a solid oak wood coffee table. To make things as comfortable for you stay as possible, the 50” 4k Smart TV has been attached to the wall with an adjustable mount, so that you can swivel it towards the couch, reading chair, or dining table. Prime viewing from any angle of the house!

Across the dining area you will find the door to the bedroom. This room has a brand new and extremely comfortable and thick queen mattress, more on the medium-firm side (many guests have mentioned how great they have slept here!). The Smart TV in the bedroom has been mounted with a movable base so you can adjust it's for easy viewing angle from the bed or anywhere in the room. Inside the bedroom you will find access to the full bathroom, completely remodeled with a comfortable walk-in shower decorated with tiny jeweled tiles.

For your safety and security, there are security cameras positioned around the property. None of these cameras have visibility through the windows, and there are absolutely no cameras inside of the bungalow. Your private patio is not within view of the security cameras, so you may enjoy the outdoors in total privacy.
