Entrance level is 14 steps from ground level, and features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a full washroom, and an open dining/kitchen/living room with patio doors to a large deck. The deck is outfitted with a BBQ and lounge furniture.

The second floor is 14 stairs up and here you will find a partially open loft with queen size bed as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed in the same room. There is also another full bathroom.

This cottage is in the main amenity area on Madrid Way, so if you are looking for something close to all the action, this is a great location for you!

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival, minus the booking fee. Should you wish to cancel within this period your deposit will be fully refunded, minus the booking fee.

Final payment is charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of your booking.

We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

If the property is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) then only future stay credits for the amount paid will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations and will have a 1 year expiry date from time of booking.

Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars.
