Townhouse with free parking

Hosting and entertaining guests is something I grew up with and it does give me joy and satsfaction. I always make sure my guests have a relaxing experience, plus, I am only one message away when needed. I speak English, Arabic and Italian for those who want to practice their foriegn languages skills!

Some of my favorite activities include dancing, yoga, trying new food, tending to my plants or just spending quality time w/ friends.

Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this townhome provides easy access to major highways like I-95 and the Fairfax County Parkway, ensuring a smooth commute to Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas.

- "Perfect for 3 adults. Three bedrooms so we each had our own room. Beds were very comfortable. The 1/2 bath downstairs was very handy! Kitchen was large and well stocked with basics. The stand alone water cooler was a huge bonus! The full bath with 2 sinks was large enough to have a garden bathtub and a separate shower. 2 sinks allowed 2 people to get ready seethe same time!Having an assigned parking spot was the icing on the cake! We could come and go at any time without worrying about parking. Definitely enjoyed our stay at this property!"

- "This is a beautifully decorated semi-detached townhouse settled in a charming tree-filled neighborhood.
With windows on 3 sides, it was flooded with light and the decor and amenities were spot-on. I really enjoyed my short stay here an will definitely be back. My flight came in extremely late so I was paranoid about check-in. There was no need for that; the directions of getting the key and getting inside could not have been easier to follow. The parking is mere steps from the entrance and the whole area was lighted up for moving around safely.
Once inside, the whole house was just charming. In the morning the back deck overlooked a beautiful privately fenced back garden that then opened up into a huge open tree & grass area which backed up to other townhouses circled around it. There was even a doe with her older fawn grazing off on one side near the large trees between the house & the road, which made my day 😃🥰"
