PLEASE NOTE: This unit is in a house that`s been split into 2 separate spaces: this private 3-bed, 1-bath unit and an attached 2-bed, 1-bath unit (different listing, separate entrance).

SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($48.15) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,000) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

SHARED PROPERTY:
- This unique property has multiple spaces and buildings. (This listing includes only a section of the main house, but the property also has two casitas, two yurts, and storage sheds.)
- Please note that long-term tenants currently occupy the two casitas, which are next to the house but completely separate.
- You may see the other tenants in the parking lot or come across them if you explore the vast property.

Guests will have access to a portion of the property`s main house, the backyard, multiple patio areas, and various fire pit spaces. The vast property is in the Sonoran Desert and has many unique spaces. With the exception of the two occupied casitas that are next to the house but completely separate and the attached 2-bed, 1-bath unit that is rented out to other guests, guests are welcome to enjoy exploring the property!

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets (each must be 25 lbs or less), and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that dogs not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can ensure that bedding and pillows are ready for your stay.

- No cats and no unapproved pets
